Called this location to get moving boxes. They were suppose to be open till 5pm. Got there at 4:40 and they were closed. The sign and website both said they were open today (Sat) from 10am till 1pm. Got there around 11:30 and they were closed. If they're not going to be open, they don't need to advertise they are, and if they are, then someone should be there. 2 wasted trips! Ended up going to the one on State Street instead.

I can't recommend that you get your U-haul trucks from somewhere else enough. The guy who works here is insanely hard to actually get to show up to the office. I had a 12:45 appointment to meet him here to sign the paperwork and pick up my truck. After waiting til nearly 2pm I called to see where he was and the guy sounded stoned out of his mind and didn't seem like he remembered that he was supposed to meet me at all. After waiting for him for over an hour he tells me that I'll have to go through the online check in to finish the contract and that the keys are under the seat. After doing all this and finding which truck to take I find out it is stuck in the mud. This costs me another 20 minutes while trying to dig this truck out of the mud. After I move and try to turn the truck in at another location in Huntsville AL I find out that my contract has been canceled and that the truck I had was also not the one that was listed on the canceled contract. After 2 days of sorting things out they finally got things resolved and were able to let me know that everything was fine now. Never again would I rent a truck from this place. Employee is unreliable and just adds more stress when you're trying to move because you never know what exactly he's filled out on his end. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your U-Haul needs.
