I have had the same phone for yearrrs and finally went in to this location to upgrade.Josie Pruitt sat with my mother and me for almost two hours, helping us clarify account information, current and previous billing periods, and finding an available promotion to assist my upgrade.She showed patience and friendliness, being as efficient and thorough as possible while meeting all of our requests, making what could have been a stressful experience overall very pleasant.All associates seemed very kind and helpful.

Andrew is the best salesman ever. He went out of his way to make the process of getting 3 new phones easy. He transferred all the old data for us and answered all of our questions. I would recommend him to everyone at this store. Thank you so much!!

Lied to us. Took advantage of elderly family member and convinced them that they were required to spend hundreds of dollars on equipment and services that were unwanted and unneeded. Would recommend anything over these people!

SHOUT OUT JAMES! I walked in wanting an iPad scared my bill would hurt my pockets for awhile! I went in he explained my account to me and the discounts I had available to give me the iPad I asked for, for CHEAPER! Plus, a brand new iPhone 14 for $3/month with a case! I literally was so nervous to even come in for like a year because I didn’t want an upgrade to be painful! And just when I thought I’d made it to the end of the rainbow I MEET NOAH!!! He mentions the Verizon at home internet service there was no way I was going to switch I thought to myself and he looked a me and explained everything about it answered all my questions so I’d be prepared to try it and in the off chance I didn’t like it he and James went through the return policy with me! So I took their wisdom! And lo and behold we sign some papers, and James just recalled I GET A FREE XBOX IN 65 DAYS! No matter how nervous or how many questions I had tonight these fine gentlemen made sure to answer them! James even took the time to get on just computer and find out if there was a (for lack of a better term here) hidden fees with the Xbox! I know 100% what to expect and I left the store this evening with what I asked from, a toy for now, and in 65 days I know I’ll still have this internet so I’ll have another new toy coming!!! These gentleman made me feel welcome, understood, and I felt much more knowledgeable when I left! I hope management at this store is as excited to have them, because I know the next time I need anything done for Verizon I’m calling James! And Noah just incase I get a little extra nervous! Thank you fellas for making my day I 100% will be back!!!!!

Always go to a Corporate Verizon store when in distress. This location will only try to sell you phones because of their commission. They're not very effective problem solvers when compared to a Corporate Verizon store.

Waiting in line 40 minutes as of posting this. Guy in pink flirting with a woman, blonde woman talking to 2 people, a guy talking to an elderly couple. All 3 reps talking to these ppl like they're having a darn picnic! I literally watched 3 people ahead and behind me leave. They looked up and shrugged them off.EXTREMELY BAD BEHAVIOR AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM

My new 14 max pro was not working properly and even though I made repeated visits to the store the sales people could not help me with my needed exchange. Finally today Sarah saved my phone life!!! I am so grateful that she knew how to handle the situation even when others tried to pass me off to corporate who could not help either. She is an outstanding employee who knows about customer service. Her actions will keep us as Verizon customers!!
