Starting a few months ago I had an issue with my car charger cable not working. I stopped by this store to see if we could figure out why. I was actually helped by the store manager and he was great. He recommended a new cable and he said that it would have a lifetime warranty on it if I bought it from his store. I did so, and so now a few months later it's quit working also. I brought it back and they could not find the purchase I just made a couple of months prior. Very frustrating that you can tell me who I was texting in 2009 but the receipt from a few months ago is impossible to locate? I do not recommend spending any money here because they do not stand by their products.

When I needed a new cell, Miss Kat took the time to help me in every way, making sure not only did have a great product, but that everything was transferred, in the simplest way for me, the consumer. For me, this was the ultimate in customer service, bc I hate to have to even go to into a the phone store. Bar none, I have not encountered a more Effective sales person, bc she puts customers 1st! Go by & see Miss Kat today for your best phone deal...thanks, girl!!

Alex was very polite, helped us quickly and efficiently. I don’t leave Google reviews much but this man deserves it! Ask for Alex if you visit Verizon across from the Pinnacle.

I have not had a problem with this or any other physical location, but VERIZON WIRELESS is without a doubt one of the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever tried to deal with in my life. About 3 months ago we switched to T-Mobile (half the price, by the way) and we paid the remaining device payments, paid everything they asked us to pay, and disconnected our service on all lines. Now they have managed to magically reconnect one of the lines for no reason and have started charging us again after we thought it was all over and done. This is just one example of several shady things they've done, which is why we switched to begin with. If you're thinking of doing business with them, BEWARE!!

I can't say how happy, over joyed we were with Ben! Very knowledgeable and a winning personalty. We have use Version for years and he was a find. We really enjoyed our time with him and actually knew how to use the phones when we left the store. Please give him a big "pat" on the back and a nice raise.Thank you Ben, we will be back.
