I have not had a problem with this or any other physical location, but VERIZON WIRELESS is without a doubt one of the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever tried to deal with in my life. About 3 months ago we switched to T-Mobile (half the price, by the way) and we paid the remaining device payments, paid everything they asked us to pay, and disconnected our service on all lines. Now they have managed to magically reconnect one of the lines for no reason and have started charging us again after we thought it was all over and done. This is just one example of several shady things they've done, which is why we switched to begin with. If you're thinking of doing business with them, BEWARE!!

I can't say how happy, over joyed we were with Ben! Very knowledgeable and a winning personalty. We have use Version for years and he was a find. We really enjoyed our time with him and actually knew how to use the phones when we left the store. Please give him a big "pat" on the back and a nice raise.Thank you Ben, we will be back.

Went in a few days ago and they was very busy, almost went to another store! But I’m glad I waited it out, Sara helped me with all the accessories I was after for my husband and I! I wish there was one of her at every store! Ask for Sara when visiting, if she’s not there come back when she is!

My husband and I went in wanting to get my phone switched over. We also knew we wanted to get an IPad and an Apple Watch. Noah helped us and went above & beyond. He informed us of the deals that were available and we took advantage of those! We both left with the newest phones, 2 brand new IPads, 2 Apple Watches, and accessories for the same amount of money I paid just for service alone at T-Mobile. Noah even called us personally the next day to follow up with us and make sure everything was going smoothly with the line transfer & all of our devices. This is top notch customer service! Definitely will return and work with him in the future.

Cody said I would be getting 150$ off of a new Apple Watch Ultra, due to the fact that I was opening a new line, which was a current promotion. He had to order the phone, which arrived 3 days later. When I went to pick it up the promotion I was promised with my order, was no longer in affect, and Cody never “mentioned” it in my account remarks. I spoke with the store manager, and Cody again, agreed with me that he offered me the promotion, and they he forgot to apply it to the account. The Manager basically said, too bad. There is no proof. No proof, even though Cody himself confirmed what I said. Place is a circus run by the head clown. Don’t go here. Go to a different Verizon store.

Please go to this store!! The staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable! We came in to upgrade our business account cell phones. This was the best retail experience we've had all year.

The guy that helped me wanted to take his lunch break instead of helping me with all the transferring of data to a new phone so now I can't get into my Samsung account. I'm not going to say all their staff is like that. Just check it out for yourself.

Hannah D. is an absolute legend. After multiple infuriating visits with other employees that ended in a way too high bill, phone lines with incorrect amounts, and insurances on the wrong phones, we met Hannah. She was attentive, understanding, knowledgeable, and patient. She fixed every issue involving our bill and lowered it substantially, she fixed our insurance issues, and she helped us to sort out every other problem with our lines. We left that night having been there the shortest amount of time of every previous visit with a brand new phone, a lower phone bill, insurance where it should be, and a smile on our faces with the new friend we had made. Thank you Hannah for your professionalism and dedication to your customers!
