I am noticing that this pharmacy has alot of techs that do not know what they are talking about or doing. I called to get a prescription filled and they told me that I needed to call my doctor because I didn't have refills, the app stated I did. I called another Walgreens and got it filled no issue or need to call my doctor. This causes alot of confusion and stress for no reason. The woman I spoke to was also very rude to me. I will never go here again.

This pharmacy is horrible here I call and ask for my meds they tell me it’s ready I go to get it and they move it to another day and say it’s not ready

Don’t use this pharmacy unless you wanna feel like an inconvenience. The young girl in the pharmacy was very nice. But the older possible middle aged blonde lady is not friendly at all. She looked & acted absolutely miserable. She didn’t necessarily say anything rude, but her whole demeanor made me want to not use this pharmacy again. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse.. Here’s a bit of advice to her: if you’re not happy with the place you work for or what you do for work. FIND A NEW JOB OR CAREER. You’re dealing with sick people who are physically and mentally exhausted, maybe have a little compassion and hospitality, or get out of health care! And like I said, the one girl was nice, so don’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I would normally just brush something like this off, but I am truly SO tired of rude health care folks. So that is my 2 cents.

This Walgreens location has been my store for over 10 years. I use to rank them 5 stars. However,
These past couple years I notice a lot of turnover in staff and unfortunately this has led to some bad experience.
And do not believe it is just this location.
I do hope they have better management and able to keep a well trained staff in the future. I miss the days when I knew all their names and done if them knew mine. I’m considering changing pharmacies but the pharmacy I gave no complaints. After 13 years with Walgreens this does make me sad.

The pharmacist here that I have spoken to the last two times has been extremely rude. Sent my partner to pick up a prescription for me and he said she was rude to him as well. I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere. Life is too short for a bad attitude like that. Get a different job

Denies medication based on personal beliefs. And I know that transgender care is a touchy subject, but plenty of people are prescribed hormones that are not transgender. If he can randomly deny medicine to trans people, he can do it to you too. Next thing you know he could be denying birth control, then suboxone because he thinks addiction is a choice.

Collin Jones should not be working if he cannot provide customers with their medical needs. if he wants to be a hateful person, he can do that on his own time. He cannot perform his duties. He should not be working there. Period.

Would give negative stars if I could. The pharmacist Collin Jones refuses to fill people's prescribed medications due to his religious beliefs. He is a transphobic bigot and has no business working in the medical field. DO BETTER WALGREENS!
