Don’t use this pharmacy unless you wanna feel like an inconvenience. The young girl in the pharmacy was very nice. But the older possible middle aged blonde lady is not friendly at all. She looked & acted absolutely miserable. She didn’t necessarily say anything rude, but her whole demeanor made me want to not use this pharmacy again. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s no excuse.. Here’s a bit of advice to her: if you’re not happy with the place you work for or what you do for work. FIND A NEW JOB OR CAREER. You’re dealing with sick people who are physically and mentally exhausted, maybe have a little compassion and hospitality, or get out of health care! And like I said, the one girl was nice, so don’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch. I would normally just brush something like this off, but I am truly SO tired of rude health care folks. So that is my 2 cents.

This Walgreens location has been my store for over 10 years. I use to rank them 5 stars. However,These past couple years I notice a lot of turnover in staff and unfortunately this has led to some bad experience.And do not believe it is just this location.I do hope they have better management and able to keep a well trained staff in the future. I miss the days when I knew all their names and done if them knew mine. I’m considering changing pharmacies but the pharmacy I gave no complaints. After 13 years with Walgreens this does make me sad.

If you read these other reviews, there are several specifically about the pharmacy being rude. I suppose I will echo that. You can’t expect the pharmacy to have good customer service staff when the manager (Collin) doesn’t have good customer service skills.

I ain't sure what wrong with their coolers but they are never functioning properly. I use to frequent this store to get a drink. Do not come here for anything refrigerated. They are never working!

An exceptionally clean bright store. There is a public restroom, you can get various vaccines here, and I love their drive through service too.

Super rude and unwilling to help. I went in only to get energy drinks and the staff got upset because I tried to buy them (?) of which didn’t happen because my card kept getting declined, which was entirely on them because it YES, had more than enough money on it, and YES, I had entered the correct pin (before I get spoken to like I’m dumb again ?).

Always a great experience at this location. Staff is kind and helpful. I’ve never utilized the pharmacy so I can’t speak of my experience. I love going to Walgreens for their seasonal selections!UPDATE:Got my vaccine here; as I was relaxing for a few moments after getting the shot, the pharmacy received a very difficult customer. The customer was being very hostile towards the employees, who had nothing to do with the customer’s situation. The staff, especially Courtney, responded to the stressful situation in a professional manner. Kudos to the crew!
