I didn’t realize when I had my prescription sent here that it was INSIDE a hospital...kinda weird but the staff was super nice. Go to the East Entrance into the “East Plaza” doors. Then down a ways and you’ll see it on your right.

Had horrible experiences at Blountville Walgreen’s. Have been using this one solely for a few years. Not the closest one to my house but definitely worth it. They are all great, act like they care, and really seem to like what they do.

The pharmacists at the Walgreens inside the Bristol Hospital is absolutely amazing.. They are nice and very caring, they see a lot of different people daily but when I come in they know me and I'm not just "a customer" to them, I feel like they all genuinely care. Now the Walgreens on Volunteer Parkway on the other hand are all absolutely rude. I wouldn't ever go back into that location, its about 1.5 miles down the street (if that) VS. going basically across town but due to them all being rude, not only to me but to my 68 year old father on the couple occasions he had went there, and they have been rude and unprofessional with others I associate with too so NO just because they are obviously dissatisfied with their jobs or whatever the case might be that they all are so rude there but I would much rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes to the Walgreens inside the Hospital and feel welcomed every time I or any customer walks in, they all have great personalities, and I usually have a huge smile on my face as I'm leaving. They make my 3 year old feel comfortable also, they have given her a couple little Walgreens color and activity books with a few little crayons on several different occasions as we were leaving. I give that one 5 Stars all the way but West State Street and Volunteer Parkway (all in Bristol TN) I wouldn't give them 1 Star.

I love this pharmacy they are so helpful and are concerned about you . They know your name when you come in. Angel is the best and so friendly and caring and helpful!!!!
