If I could give Zero stars I would. The staff in this pharmacy are extremely rude! Anytime I call one of the techs Amber always answers and is hateful every time. I understand people are busy, but it makes me not want to get my meds here. I have always loved Walmart pharmacy for the prices and customer service that I received at other locations. Not sure how much longer I can continue with this location if the attitudes of the staff and pharmacist do not change.

I have always gone to this pharmacy for years. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful with what I need. Ray Laster is knowledgeable in what he does and I can count on him and his staff when I need help with prescriptions and medical advice.

Generally pleasant and personable staff who provide excellent customer service. On rare occasion a new employee clearly doesn't know what they're doing, but clings to the belief that they do.

Staff is rude and disorganized. (Aside from Threessa, she wonderful) Have had several mixed up prescriptions and lost prescriptions. When you call 99% of the time you’ll get someone with an attitude, and don’t be surprised if you get hung up on or placed on hold long enough for you to get annoyed enough to hang up yourself, they love to do that. The pharmacist can’t seem to answer simple questions about medications (even though that’s their job). This place needs investigated for several red flags.

I would like to thank Vicky! I think she is a great pharmacist! I have been a metastatic breast cancer patient since may 28, 2019. She took the time that moutain States health alliance would not take the time to do. I realize pre authorizations have to be done. I also have come to see the laws have become very strict on opioids. However for once in a long time I was actually treated as though I should've been this whole journey! Thanks Vicky for busting you rear ended to get my prescription done today something that took u four hours would take Mtn states 4-5 days with lies about pre authorizations ect! I called my insurance company themselves about the same prescription I was told that they had pre authorized it the day after it was written it was approved. I was told they didn't have the pre authorization waited 5 days was promised this and also 30 minutes on way to get it. I walk through the door "oh Mrs. Hamilton I meant to call and tell you our computers are down I can't fill it without the computer" I said ok can u call me if they come back up today. Her reply was I sure will I said have a blessed day and drove home! I call her again an hr before they close to get it. Granted this medication was the originally due to be filled on the 14th. I went without a major opioid due on the 14th get to the car look at the bottle it was as filled on the 15th! I got it finally on 16th! I despise ballad health! I can't wait to move june 1st and get out of this mess! Thanks Vicky for doing your job and to technicians as well! I'm not sure of the technicians name that handled this, as well she deserves something like good job or bonus something! Always be kind, we never know what others are going through be blessed and have a great day! Ty for reading my review!

Only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the Pharmacist. They are always helpful and no thier stuff all of them. Now the staff is rude! They dont mix your medicine right half the time. Do not explain things to you . Hoesntly I do not look forward going to get my medication and get anxiety because of it lol. Customer service is a big thing for me. These people are in pain and sick and do not deserve rudeness.

Worst customer service experience ever. I went to the Abingdon va Wal-Mart to purchase a tv mount in the furniture section. I chased down several employees and asked for help only to have them call for another employee. No one was working the furniture section that day. I finally got an employee willing to help who suggested checking the clearance isle for what I needed. I did and found the tv mount for 74.50 I was so excited about the find! The box had been opened so I asked another employee if she knew why it was on clearance he said it was because it was the last one. I asked him if we could open the box to make she no pieces were missing he said no. I then asked about the return policy for clearance items and he said he did not know. I looked up the return policy on my phone and decided to make the purchase. I drove about an hour back home and packed the mount to the upstairs apartment. I went to assemble it and the mount only had 1 leg, three glass shelves and a few brackets. It was missing a leg, screws, the mount, and who knows what else. I packaged it up and drove over an hour and 15min to the bristol Wal-Mart in hopes to exchange it for another one. I took it to customer service and she said i could make the exchange. I went back to furniture and loaded the exact same heavy product into the cart and brought it back. The customer service lady told me I needed to give her another $78 for the exact same product. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came up front. The only option. I was given was a refund for something that was not my fault. In this case I dont think Wal-Mart had a leg to stand on. Please do not shop here their customer service is the worst I have ever had. I would leave 0 stars if possible!

Some of the employees could use a happy pill. But it's a good place to get a prescription, and do some extra shopping while you wait.

Please don't have a heart condition and be out of your nitro pills, don't bother calling ahead. Unlike Walgreens ( that I will force wife to go back to) Wal-Mart pharmacy can or will not expedite a prescription.
