Went in today because I opened my account online and I had to verify information and make a deposit. The teller who I went too first was so amazing and very knowledgeable then she had me meet with a banker, she too was very helpful and sweet and talked me though the whole process. She even showed me how to use my card with out physically having it yet. I throughly enjoyed my interaction with this bank and will Definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I just wish I remembered their names to give them a proper shout out

I found this Branch to be so helpful and friendly. I know this is not always the case but I was so happy with my experience.

The hours on the website are wrong and I drove 30mins and wasted gas for absolutely nothing! Very disappointing ?

Finally found a Wells Fargo within an hour of Wytheville so I could make a deposit. (To large for mobile deposit, grrr) I've been a customer for over 30 years and am so disappointed by the lack of full service locations I am finding a new bank!
