We went through the drive thru and paid 12 dollars and 21 cents.We gave the old man 12 dollars and 25 cents, and didn’t get our 4 cent change, my husband asked for it.The man said “here’s your 4 cents”. As we were leaving he said “ hell far over 4 cents.It’s my 4cents , not his.

The Wendys in Elizabethton is a good place to order food. The drive thru is fast, and more importantly, the order is correct. These days, that is a measuring stick!

Totally incompetant employees and manager! Wait until the realize door dash accepts pickup orders. The Wendy’s site was down so I ordered our pickup order through door dash. They only option was the drive thru since the lobby was closing soon. Placed the order, waited for the order to be completed, drive to the drive thru, and they looked at me like an idiot when I said I had a mobile order to pick up. It went through 4 people and then a so called manager who walked straight up and said “What’s the problem?” I said I’m trying to simple pick up my food that has been paid for and ordered. The food was sitting right there, they refused. Told me to go back through the drive thru and then to come in the lobby and check the food out on my app. What app? I said I had to choose to pick this order up in the drive thru which is exactly what I’m doing. Then the manager says she doesn’t have an order. Then she says the order is door dash they will deliver it to you with a snarky attitude and grin like I’m an idiot. No you are the idiot, door dash accepts orders for pick up by the customer. She argued that door dash had to pick it up after I told them 100 times I am not door dash! They refused to hand me the order so I guess the employees, who after seeing them and their common sense I’m glad I didn’t get the food, were wanting free food tonight. So someone please inform them how door dash works, customer service, and make sure they aren’t drinking the cleaning supplies.

Wendy's Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is one of the best chicken biscuits of any fast food chain. Their burgers and baked potatoes are very good also.

We went to Wendy's on the Parkway today 3-16-24, my husband ordered a plain double cheeseburger, double cheeseburger with everything and a bacanotor. They left one off our order and when my husband said something the cashier argued with him that he didn't order it. They finally got it right but this is the worst place to eat and the employees are very rude and lazy. I will never go back again.

Very unprofessional , an very bad customer service, very bad shift manager, was cussing on the line making sandwiches, wouldn't come address the issue I was there for, food was supposed to be made fresh, I as a mgr before u are supposed to address the problem,an u are supposed to make the food fresh!!! well he wouldn't make it fresh ..I will be calling cooperate on this store. This wendys has gown down hill so much, it used to be a good store, will never eat there again, also my doublestack burger was red in the middle from there , the grill needs calibrated , very bad service!!!!

8:30pm. Dinning room still supposed to be open. stood there waiting, 3 employees looked at us. No one said a thing. After 5 minutes walked out now heading to find food elsewhere. Zero customer service. It would have only taken 1 person to say, "just give us a sec."
