I have been through Bristol many times. And I've had to stop at food city to pick things up. The folks who work there are wonderful and helpful. I was looking for an item and they came up to me and asked if they could help without any prompting. Please find a grocery store in a metro major area thatb has the same wonderful customer service as food city as Bristol!

ALL cashiers very rude. The computer sytem.is NEVER correct with prices. When you tell cashier price us wrong they don't want to help. Wantana was at the self check out...told her a price was wrong she refused to walk 30 feet to check price. Never coming back to this one.

Went there on September 9th. I had some Food City Frozen Biscuits that were bad. They were gray. I took them to the store to get my money back and was told at first that due to Covid they could not take back anything but meat and produce. I can understand if I had just changed my mind or if it was something that could be resold, but this was a faulty product. I just needed to show them and then they were going in the trash. I asked to speak to a manager. She proceeded to tell me she could not refund my money because it had been over 30 days. It had been 34 days of a frozen item. Both of their employees made it very clear they didn't care if I shopped there or not or posted on Facebook of not as in their own words "don't think you are the first one". I decided never to visit that store again. I did call the Food City on Euclid and spoke with Jason McCracken. He is what a manager should be. He apologized and told me they definitely should have refunded my money on a defective Food City item, especially. From now on I go to the Food City on Euclid.
