  They stole 100$ from me. I gave the cashier 496$ and they only added 396$ to my pre paid card. I was very busy and didn’t even realize until I was home and looked at the receipt. and I live in west VA so I. Plant drive right back. I thought they would be honest as I knew the bank would be over 100$ but of course they said the bank is perfect. Stay away. Liars and cheats never win in life.

  I was trying to get a hot coffee at 5:20am at this 7-11 from the coffee machine but the coffee was warm so I ask the lady in there I think her name was Etha or something like that, first thing she said to me is well you used the machine wrong if you don’t know how to use it ask first in aggressive way I was wait hold up first of all calm down relax I don’t think I use the coffee machine wrong and even if I did you don’t talk to your customer like that I just asked you a questions she went on how I was using the machine wrong and if I didn’t want to learn how to used no to waster her time, at that point I didn’t care about the coffee but her attitude so I left the coffee and began to leave while I was leaving she keep on going on about how there is people that doesn’t want to learn and stuff I want to turn around and say something!! but its to early in the morning for that ohh I she said Im recording you like I was doing or saying something wrong and she said she was the supervisor so if the supervisor acts like that I don’t even want to imagine how the other employees acts well I guess I would need to go somewhere else sheets here I go!!

  You can no longer pay with a credit card at the pump. They are making everyone use cash or a debit card. Horrible place.

  This rating pains me because I live so close by but it has to be given.
  The coffee machines are often room temperature. If you want a cold brew, forget it. It’s ALWAYS empty.
  Frequently out of items all other locations keep stocked, like fruit.
  I keep giving this place a chance but there’s no improvement in the last year or more. I’d say it’s only good for gas and a cold bottle of soda. Nothing else.

  Whats the point of a 7 11 if the only employee working is going to rush locals and tell them its because you dont want us to steal? Very unprofessional.

  I seem to have had really bad luck with 7/11 gas stations in the past, so honestly my experience with this one earlier today (3/17/23) marks my very last one. For food? Sure. Never again for gas. But I think the owners should at least be made aware of a possible malfunction in pump 9:I pull up and immediately the card reader at the pump is not working. I’m unable to slide my chip all the way through. Seems like it’s possibly been closed down? Anyway, not a problem the screen says I can begin pumping and pay inside. That doesn’t really work either. So I went inside and told the cashier I’d like to put down $30 on pump number 9. I suppose due to some language differences she got confused and only charged me $3. When I told her about it, she seemed insistent that I meant $3 to start with. I sympathize since English did not seem like her native language, but it should really raise a question that someone is only spending $3 dollars on gas when gas is $3.29 per gallon.In the end I took that to be my blessing anyway, because she said she was unable to add more money to the pump unless I pumped those $3. So I planned to do just that, then go back inside to add another $27. What do you know, I go out to pump 9, try to pump gas, and nothing comes out at all. I considered going back inside and letting her know but honestly, I had to be home soon and I had a feeling she was just going to make it difficult for me given how she insisted that I actually meant to put $3 for gas before. So at least I only left with $3 gone and not an additional $27. My advice to anyone in this area is to just save the money and trouble and go to the Sheetz that’s nearby, gas is generally $.10 cheaper there and there’s more staff on hand so if you have any problems you’ll get more help.

  Bought a 4 pack of vuse pods from this place and every single one was burnt… I asked if they could refund my purchase of $25 and and she said only the “manager” could do that and she is unable to get in contact with her for the whole day until 10am the next day so overall a very poor experience with this 7/11 team please take your business else where.
