I’ve used this pharmacy for years. There have been many very friendly and helpful staff in the pharmacy. There are often lines but the staff are incredible.

The pharmacy customer service and speed of service is extremely terrible. I’ve been to this CVS 5 times in the last 5 months and the pharmacy customer service has been consistently terrible. There was another customer who (unsolicited) voiced the same issue while I was waiting 10 minutes in line. I’ll be going to another CVS that’s a little further away.

I was very happy with the effort that Ms. Keyonna put into helping me. I am a disable Vietnam veteran and needed medication, she was able to get me the best discount and was patient with me. Job well done and your staff works so hard, very impressed by them.\nthank you.

I was just trying to speak with someone over the phone to ask a simple question.. My first attempt was at 9:35am (they opened at 9am, so I waited a while to give them the chance to do any “opening store duties” without my interrupting). It’s now 10am. I tried calling 3 times, my longest time waiting for someone just to PICK UP THE PHONE was 15 mins. No one ever answered.. This is not the first time I’ve had issues trying to speak with someone at the pharmacy over the phone. And since I’m leaving a review, I might as well mention the incredibly rude phone etiquette that I’ve received a number of times from a select few young women staffing this particular CVS Pharmacy. I’ve since started taking my prescription refills elsewhere and have no intention of returning as a pharmacy customer. I hope their customer service improves..

Always have what I need, always go out of their way to accommodate the customers. Prescriptions are always ready and they call you in advance. They are a good pharmacy.

Not very helpful pharmacy, they argued with my insurance company and refused to do an insurance check. We called the CVS in Gainesville which is further away but they were happy to assist, so we drive to Gainesville. Thus this CVS gets 0 stars, OK I guess it has to be 1 star, and the Gainesville CVS gets 5.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. Used to be okay, then the staff changed and it's all gone south. What used to be a 15-45 min wait is not 3-5 HOURS. You can waste a whole day waiting on these people to fill your meds. They will not call you if there's a problem with your script. That's on you after you check to see why your medicine isn't ready yet. Plus they're not friendly at all. Whenever a call is placed they take forever to answer the phone and then rush you off the line. After many years, I feel it is time to switch pharmacies.

I have been using this pharmacy for years but I just used it for the last time. I was paying for a prescription and wanted to use a coupon. The tech was super nice. She asked us to drive around the building and come back so the sensor wouldn't keep going off while she ran the coupon. We pulled back up to the window two minutes later. At that time a pharmacist named Princess came up to the window and yelled at my husband saying he couldn't just sit there. We told her we didn't. We had pulled back up after a couple of minutes. She yelled at us that it wasn't long enough, that we needed to park for 5-10 minutes. I asked her if it would really take that long. She yelled yes because she had to rerun the thing now. She was so nasty and clearly did not understand the concept of customer service AT ALL. I have never been treated so poorly by a store employee ever. On another note, I have used drive through pharmacies for years and have never been asked to pull around so their sensor will stop going off. As odd as this seemed, we were happy to do it as the first lady was so pleasant. Then the pharmacist came to the window and yelled. When we came back in 5 minutes I asked the first lady the name of the one who yelled. She told us, then in the background I heard the nasty one asking what we had wanted to know. The nice one said that we had asked her name. She copped and attitude and rudely said "that's fine!" I won't be patronizing a pharmacy where I am treated so poorly. Unbelievable!!! I can not believe that CVS has someone so unprofessional working in their pharmacy.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Pharmacy!!! Just arrived home after waiting on the drive thru for 20 mins for the person in front of me to be done. Once I pulled up the pharmacist was not where to be found. She finally appear 2 mins late. I was not told someone we be with me, just sat there. I came expecting my two medication, which I have been receiving 5-10 calls a day, is ready of pick-up. I was told only one was ready and there was a hold, but didn't know why. I was asked to pull back around until the pharmacist returned, I refused as there was not cars behind me. A gentleman came to the window and asked me what the problem was, instead of how can I help you. I explained I was picking up my meds and wondered what the issue was...again..one moment..he came back to tell me it will be another 30 mins..HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???? If you have had it since Monday and I am getting 5-10 calls a day telling me it is ready...I WILL NOT BE BACK..I will take my money, meds and business elsewhere..

Just got back from this store. Their price on the item totally different from when it ring at the register. All my 4 items are over charged $1 each. I called them and asked because i saw the price weren't the same as and they are totally lie. I asked the manager to walked and looked at the price......she get back to the price that ring up. I am 100000% sure it different price. I double checked 3 times before i choose the item i wanted to buy. Poor me, i must checked the receipt at the store before back to the house. I hate this store. I will pay more money to any other store that would not lie!

Great Christmas stuff!! OMG!! I need a carriage for this. So happy. The gingerbread scented stuffeez are adorable!
