Kenon at this CVS is a well mannered young man. He was so helpful to all thecustomers. I was at the photo station and I heard him interact with an elderly lady who could not work the photo station. He was so patient with her. He also helped me out with his creative ideas.keep it up young man. Your efforts are recognized

Was told they put the best good rx coupon, better than the one I had on hand, but their “coupon” put it down to $46 when mine was $21

This particular pharmacy location of Bristow Centre is poorly run. Prescriptions take 72 hours to fill and rarely do you receive the text notification to alert you. Medications that are not only time sensitive, but require a process of lab work and signatures within that sensitive timeline are left unattended to rather than notifying the patient there is a problem to be addressed. Medications are not to be taken lightly and your lackadaisical attitude places patients at risk!!!

CVS Bristow Center Dr is my default pharmacy. That ends today. Horrible customer service. First, the drive through has been closed for months. A sign says the security screen is broken. So the only option is to go inside. I had Covid, with no other options for pick up. It’s both convenience and safety issue. Second, I’ve had the doctor call in prescription. Even when I come in the day after to pick up it’s a 15- 20 minute wait. I’m going to Walgreens in Gainesville for all my pharmacy needs now.

Has slowly become the worst pharmacy ever. Cancelled prescriptions left and right, medications taking DAYS for fill even when they’re life saving medications, ZERO communication of any sort from the pharmacy staff regarding delays or cancellations of refills.Honestly, I’m looking at switching after more than 10 years because I need to rely on having my medication filled, and on time, or being informed so I can get it transferred if need be.Don’t let this pharmacy play with your life. As of right now, I can’t recommend them at all.

I understand that this pharmacy has issues; however, I’ve found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, kind and professional. The issues stem from the corporate structure which drives high turnover not from the individuals who work diligently.

This location always gives you an amazing customer experience. From Keenan who always greets you with a smile, Judith & Marilyn in the front store to Hannah, Gigi, Michelle & Ashley who I understand are part of the management team along with the pharmacy to the minute clinic Practitioners always make you feel like they are happy to see you and will assist in anyway. Thank you all for making me feel valued! Great job Bristow Center CVS team❣️

Both my daughter and I were told Vaccines and Flu shots were ready. When I called was told no need for appointment (Saturday 10/1/23) because the have enough and more then plenty and that they will take walk ins . We showed up it was not busy at the time and the Pharmacist gave us dirty looks and was told yes they have enough COVID vaccines and flu shots but we need to make appointment and they will not be giving the shots out today. But they have enough. I did make a formal complaint to CDC and CVS corporate. This Pharmacist was really rude about the whole situation there was no need to come off like she did. It wasn’t even busy. She walked away to close drive through window which one of the Pharmacy Tech could have done. My daughter had appointment she argued with my daughter till she looked it up and realized my daughter did and she said sorry you missed your appointment which showed we were on time not late . She stated we can’t help you but we do take walk in and we do have enough vaccines but we are not giving them out today without appointment. My daughter had appointment. Just rude Pharmacist who couldn’t give a reason and didn’t want to be bothered. We will not be coming back here and I will be telling everyone to stay away. I also noticed other people have some sort of complaint about this location.

The ladies here are very hardworking and kind! I have tons of prescriptions to deal with but have never once had an issue that couldn't be solved by them pretty quickly! They also go out of their way to encourage me to advocate for myself further, which is something that is so appreciated! If I need a medication on short notice or in an emergency situation they are always incredibly helpful!

Waited 15 minutes to get a script that already filled. She handed me 1 script even though 2 were prescribed. I had to ask about the missing script. She acted like she had no idea and then realized there was a 2nd script which was out of stock. Told me to go somewhere else for it. Gave me a hard time when I asked them to call for me and have it pulled. If my insurance didn’t require I go here I’d choose anywhere else!

Went here to pick up daughter's prescription. They only gave me 1 out of the 2 medications. I realized this and turned around, took 5 minutes. Pulled up and the pharmacy gates are closed. It was 1:33pm. Had to sit in the drive through for 40 minutes waiting for it to open again to pickup the missing medicine. The pharmacist needs to learn to read to make sure people are getting what they need.

I started going to this Pharmacy in January when Harris Teeter stopped accepting my insurance. Every time I have to fill a prescription there seems to be some sort of issue. The first issue was I was having a pet medication filled here and they printed the label as "Give tablet every 2 hours" instead of every 12 hours. If I hadn't been paying attention and followed their label instructions it could have killed my dog. Then there was the day I drove up to the window in the drive through just as they put up a sign saying they were too understaffed to keep the drive through open and to come inside. I was the last car in line, someone could have helped me. Lastly, I was told yesterday that one of the medicines I require on a daily basis was on order and that it would arrive today and I would be able to pick it up this evening. Called this morning and they told me that they "cannot see what's on the manifest" and they don't know if my medicine is in this shipment or when they'll be able to fill it. This so so frustrating as it's something I need to survive. They refuse to help check other CVS pharmacies and see if they can accommodate my prescription and told me I need to call the other locations and ask them to transfer it. Absolutely horrible customer service, I am looking for a new pharmacy cause this place ain't it.**Edit** - Dealing with Barbara is absolutely horrible. She has terrible customer service skills and was incredibly rude on the phone and when you provide her information in person she runs around like a chicken with her head cut off like she has no idea what is going on or what to do. She is particularly unpleasant.

Pharmacy OPERATION HOURS NOT POSTED IN STORE FOR MEMORIAL DAY! Closed at 2pm no explanation but a sign saying that we’re on lunch break from 1:30-2pm. Terrible communication with customer.
