I was very happy with the service, and I thought the prices were reasonable. Of note, I had a nasty sweat stain on the collar of my shirt that the last two dry cleaners had not been able to remove. I had given up hope and had just been wearing my shirt anyway, but Haymarket Cleaners got the satin out without me even mentioning it to them. I was very pleased and have found my permanentdry cleaners!

This place used to be my favorite but no more! Haymarket Cleaners in Bristow ruined my new designer suit, shorts, and formal gown, and my casual dress and blouse - FOUL STENCH seared into clothing is disgusting and unclean; FADED COLOR on all pieces is very noticeable as well as dark marks apparently left from burning the fibersNow, I consider that these disgusting results may be due to unsanitary equipment and irresponsible, dirty mishandling. I spent a mint for this place to ruin my best clothing, of which I don't have to squander away, very sad to say the least, and definitely not good community service. These places seem to be cutting corners in our pockets.Suggestion: Dont throw away your money here! Research consistently before you spend!Service: Organic dry cleaning

This place is usually pretty good but I had a very frustrating experience with them today. They gave me a receipt telling me my clothes would be ready by 5 on a Saturday. I showed up around 5:05 on Saturday to the store being closed (Even though google, the sign on their door, and the receipt say they’re open till 6). There was a small sign saying they’re now open till 5 on Saturday. I get that mistakes happen, but it’s really frustrating that they told me the clothes would be ready at a time they wouldn’t be open for, especially considering they’re closed on Sunday. I’ll still come here because they’re so close, but this definitely upset me.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Couldn’t believe that an order we dropped off 3 days before COVID lockdown (March 9, 2020) was still there today, 3 years to the date! Totally forgot to pick them up with all the closures and restrictions in the community. My husband is happily reunited with his dress shirts (and still working from home and doesn’t wear them). Thank you for taking care of our clothes cleaning and alterations since the week you opened. We appreciate having you close to home! ?Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

Could not recommend less. I brought a dress in to be hemmed, tried it on, was told I could pick it up in a week. Picked it up, tried it on, the hem was wildly uneven (both the actual bottom of the dress and the seam lines). Brought it back the next day at listed hours (hours on the door were different) so I came back again two hours later when they actually opened, showed the gentleman working and he argued that the dress was fine but to come back when the seamstress was there. So on my third trip there on that day the seamstress tells me that she could not make the fabric straight because of the type of fabric it was (while it is fair to admit something isn't in your skill-set, it should have been mentioned at drop-off not at pickup). After those issues, I come back for the forth time that day (to find someone else whom they had damaged belongings upset) to be handed my dress. At this point I did a quick once over. The hem was great, exactly how it should have been the first time. However, I asked if the hem had been cut to fix it (something I said was fine to do if they needed) or lengthened. He gave me an attitude and said he didn't know. So now it is longer than I wanted, and has caused a lot of hassle. Definitely not worth the time, trouble, or money to go here.

We have been using them for well over a decade and are always so pleased with their service. They are friendly, professional, and always aim to please. On top of all this, you will simply not find a better seamstress in the area. We go to her for all of our alterations and the work has always been flawless. If you need alterations, this is the place to go! Another five stars just for the seamstress!Service: Alterations

This is highly disappointing, I have frequented here in the past and the last 2 times I've gone here, I have had poor results. This patch job was the nail in the coffin for me, I rarely write bad reviews for businesses but this is unreasonable. The hole was very small, smaller than the button hole and this is the work they did, I will request that they replace these pants that they ruined.

I don't understand why can't I hold them accountable for the damage. Instead of apologizing and I assume they will at least try to compensate me for the value of the now (trash ensemble) they suggested that I try to get a refund from the store where I bought it, silly. I'm upset because it's my go to fall jacket. Don't trust them with your leather and clothings with care instructions.

I had a shirt and pants to clean, but didnt want dry clean, went in there to check the price first, the guy told me $5/piece I asked him just regular washed and ironed he said $2... went to my car, grabbed my garments went back inside, now it's a woman at the counter she tells me $10 for the 2 pieces... if they're not gonna be on the same page about prices, can you at least be able to make yourselves understood?

I should not even give them 1 star. $75.00 to hem 2 dresses and hem the sleeves of another dress. Of course I should have asked when I dropped them off but I never dreamed it would cost $30.00 a dress! And $15.00 to hem to sleeves. Too bad I didn't read the other reviews first. I look forward to the day when I go to Safeway and see this place closed down.
