Ever since the switch to online booking of appointments, this program has gone down hill. Appointments get lost in the online system with a response of 'sorry, try tomorrow.'Never using their system again.

As someone with a very limited insurance to have an issue with their health comes up, I had no idea what to do. Minute clinic was a saving grace! I was able to make an appointment for the next day. My nurse practitioner was Erica, and she was lovely and professional. She diagnosed my problem in just a few minutes and wrote a prescription that was ready to pick up at the pharmacy in 30 minutes. Definitely a good option for people to be able to get healthcare they need for an affordable price!

Kiosk locked up on me when i tried to make an appointment. Nurse said it was because her schedule was full. Great computer you have there, or at least put a sign saying your schedule is full

Got a COVID test here and they told me my result would be ready in two hours and now here I am 4 hours later still waiting and nobody can seem to answer the phone. They are just waiting it out until they close so they do not have to answer any questions and I do not get to find out my result. What a joke

The front desk Minute Clinic staff member was extremely rude to me and several other patrons upon my visit. She gave me the name GiGi but I believe it may be Gisela as she was hesitant to give it to me. She was working at the check-in area at 8:30am on Tuesday 24 November of the Minute Clinic gave myself and others serious attitude like she was angry she even had to work there. I waited while she finished texting on her phone and never greeted with a "Good Morning" or simple "How can I help you?". She never even asked me for any details about my medical situation. Very poor customer service and unwelcoming staff member working the front check-in who should be fired. There are plenty of folks who would love to have her job and do it with a good attitude and respect. Somehow I dont believe this was simply a bad day she was having due to her very poor attitude.

Much easier than trying to get an appointment with my general practitioner. Great to deal with and extremely thorough. Highly recommended if you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms.

Horrible -3 visits to pharmacy two days later still no Perscription because lost electronically only recourse drive back to store of origin 1 HR away or call 800 number to submit form. I am now paying for another dr visit at patient first. Never ever again
