Absolutely the worst pharmacy around. Always understaffed and even when no one is in line it takes minutes to even be acknowledged. Lines are typically long and takes forever just to grab your prescription. Everyone looks irritated to work/be there. Never a smile. Truly unacceptable and a horrible customer experience.

Waited in line for over five minutes while the cashier and supervisor had no customers without being acknowledged. Then when I attempted a return and the cashier was confused I was told by the supervisor she was an authorized to do returns without the manager despite having a receipt and to come back an day.

I will report Helen, the NP, and Gigi to the medical licensing board of Virginia. Went to minute clinic for a shot. The patient before me was coughing badly so I asked Helen to leave the room door open for my shot for fear of Covid-19 transmission. Helen, the Nurse practitioner and Gigi, were extremely rude and unprofessional, refused to leave the room door open or give an alternate room. They both were really rude and unprofessional. You would expect medical professionals to understand my concerns about Covid transmission but sadly no. Helen should possibly retake her infection control classes - that is if she even has a license. I walked out and got my shot at a different minute clinic at Target.

Store was clean and the ladies were stocking the shelves and putting things away. They had cool Halloween things and we purchased some odd and ends. Cashier was very helpful and courteous.

Ugh! Drive up takes forever! Sat here for 30 minutes since I was trapped between cars! Go somewhere else!

They gave my 3.5 yr old daughter an expired prescription. Not a recent expiration either, it was from March. We didn't notice the expiration date until she was three doses in. Unfortunately, my prescription plan through insurance says I have to go to CVS.

Friendly but under-staffed CVS Pharmacy store. The store was well stocked but it took a while to find what I needed.

I have been using this pharmacy for the last year and I have NEVER had a positive experience with the employees. I see a different person every time I go and what irritates me the most is they never tell you they will be right with you. To me it didn't about having to wait it's the fact you have to wait without anyone even acknowledging that you are there. Every employee truly needs to be taught common curtesy.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. Used to be okay, then the staff changed and it's all gone south. What used to be a 15-45 min wait is not 3-5 HOURS. You can waste a whole day waiting on these people to fill your meds. They will not call you if there's a problem with your script. That's on you after you check to see why your medicine isn't ready yet. Plus they're not friendly at all. Whenever a call is placed they take forever to answer the phone and then rush you off the line. After many years, I feel it is time to switch pharmacies.

I have been using this pharmacy for years but I just used it for the last time. I was paying for a prescription and wanted to use a coupon. The tech was super nice. She asked us to drive around the building and come back so the sensor wouldn't keep going off while she ran the coupon. We pulled back up to the window two minutes later. At that time a pharmacist named Princess came up to the window and yelled at my husband saying he couldn't just sit there. We told her we didn't. We had pulled back up after a couple of minutes. She yelled at us that it wasn't long enough, that we needed to park for 5-10 minutes. I asked her if it would really take that long. She yelled yes because she had to rerun the thing now. She was so nasty and clearly did not understand the concept of customer service AT ALL. I have never been treated so poorly by a store employee ever. On another note, I have used drive through pharmacies for years and have never been asked to pull around so their sensor will stop going off. As odd as this seemed, we were happy to do it as the first lady was so pleasant. Then the pharmacist came to the window and yelled. When we came back in 5 minutes I asked the first lady the name of the one who yelled. She told us, then in the background I heard the nasty one asking what we had wanted to know. The nice one said that we had asked her name. She copped and attitude and rudely said "that's fine!" I won't be patronizing a pharmacy where I am treated so poorly. Unbelievable!!! I can not believe that CVS has someone so unprofessional working in their pharmacy.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Pharmacy!!! Just arrived home after waiting on the drive thru for 20 mins for the person in front of me to be done. Once I pulled up the pharmacist was not where to be found. She finally appear 2 mins late. I was not told someone we be with me, just sat there. I came expecting my two medication, which I have been receiving 5-10 calls a day, is ready of pick-up. I was told only one was ready and there was a hold, but didn't know why. I was asked to pull back around until the pharmacist returned, I refused as there was not cars behind me. A gentleman came to the window and asked me what the problem was, instead of how can I help you. I explained I was picking up my meds and wondered what the issue was...again..one moment..he came back to tell me it will be another 30 mins..HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???? If you have had it since Monday and I am getting 5-10 calls a day telling me it is ready...I WILL NOT BE BACK..I will take my money, meds and business elsewhere..

Just got back from this store. Their price on the item totally different from when it ring at the register. All my 4 items are over charged $1 each. I called them and asked because i saw the price weren't the same as and they are totally lie. I asked the manager to walked and looked at the price......she get back to the price that ring up. I am 100000% sure it different price. I double checked 3 times before i choose the item i wanted to buy. Poor me, i must checked the receipt at the store before back to the house. I hate this store. I will pay more money to any other store that would not lie!

We just went to this location and wife wanted to use her coupon . She brought her item to the register and said it was on sale even though there was no sign. The MANAGER says that they can't put sale signs out on every item that's on sale because there's too many items to do that for and walked away from us like we weren't worth talking to anymore. We won't go back to this store again!
