Not recommended. In December, my account was frozen by PNC. Naturally, as anyone would be, I was concerned and went to the branch to find out why my balance had been wiped to zero and what could be done.Turns out, nothing. I was promised a call back or an attempt to expedite the release of my funds. I never got a call back. Only a letter in the mail of account closure. It took the full 30 days for them to “investigate”.No communication whatsoever.I’m glad to be away from them for good.

Useless. The ATM tried to eat the $600 in cash, and the self-proclaimed “banker” inside said she couldn’t deposit my money. When you go in to…do…BANKING…and the BANKER can’t help you…? So confused why this building exists, just close it.

There is no tellers and ATM is never in service. Don’t waste your time here. Might as well close this place down.

Although it says PNC its basically an ATM they have no tellers to assist you and unless you want to use the ATM for your needs you wanna keep driving. Sad when the branches in Giants are more helpful than an actual PNC building. What's the point of having it listed as a bank. Just change it to an ATM location makes more sense

A bank without cash. This location does not deal with cash. You can take out $500 at the atm but if you need more this bank is not for you. A bank without cash. Why bother having this location. You now have to drive 20 mins away if you want cash from your bank

The drive through ATM is annoying. It only seems to have $20 bills. Briefly it had $50 bills for about a month or two. Now it only has $10 bills because it ran out of $20s. I wish PNC would be more convenient.

Notary service is for account holders only, not likely to open an account if I have no reason to come in to the building.

Sorry, but friendly tellers don't make up for anything if you can't jump the hoops to open an account. There is such a thing as too secure. I will warn you, if you live old fashioned, where your spouse pays the utility bills and you are a stay at home, you will not be able to satisfy their requirements for a secondary form of ID. It is a shame in modern America that a judge notarized document is not sufficient proof of ID even when it states your current address. Go next door. They actually WANT you to open an account. Which I did.

Not good at all. mike, one of the managers sold me a bag of lies. High fees and poor services. Can’t even get notary service. Requested a SBA loan application several weeks ago and still waiting for the package. I am shopping for another bank.

Great place to bank with. The employees always greet us with a smile. Best time to avoid a big rush is to go there between 11 am to 3 pm. After 4 it's usually crowded. Even if the staff tries the best to control the situation sometime it goes beyond control. Still the best location I ever went to. The staff should get a bonus check
