Crazy they make you pay for sauce and they forget to give it to you half the time. Food is already overpriced considering all the food is microwaved or thrown in a deep fryer.

Being going here for months and keep complaining the sheetz card scanners don't work on the pumps and speed large amounts on fuel and the staff just simply say we know they don't work

I visit Sheetz quite often. Usually I hit up the one in Fredricksbrug, but today I was on my way to Manassas and stopped at the Sheetz on Nokesville Road in Bristow. I order my favorite sandwich that I get everytime. I put no tomatoes add red onion. Shouldn't be hard to understand right? I got my sandwich there's tomato and no onion. So I take it back to the employee and tell them I asked for red onions and not tomatoes. She laughed at me. So now that's irritated me even more than my sandwich being wrong. The other employee also laughed at me like it was a joke. It was not a joke. I asked for a manager who also laughed at me when I asked for my money back. Please explain to me how ANY of that is funny? Your customer service on this day at this time... 10am was horrible. A district manager or owner needs to be made aware you have a manager thinking it's a joke that food isn't made correctly and ppl wanting a refund. It's not a joke. They are the face of your company and word of mouth on a bad experience is everything.

We come here all the time and the staff has always been kind and good spirited. Facilities are always clean and food is fresh. Today we are extremely grateful for the manager helping us when our motorcycle wouldn't start and got us an extension cord to use to charge the battery so we could start our bike. We're veteran's and don't have many people here we know to help us so it put us in a tight spot. Thank you for your kindness and help today. It made all the difference.

When you're out hooning between midnight and 3 AM as I like to do in the summer, Sheetz is a must! It's literally the ONLY place that's now open 24 hours post-COVID! CVS is open but no bathrooms and everyone is weird there. Also F-you Walmart for eliminating ALL of your 24 hour stores and shutting every store down at 11 PM like Chik-Fil-A on Sundays.
Anyways, Sheetz is there for your beverage and bathroom needs at 2 AM - always! 85 Thumbs up!

This is a good Sheetz... But why does every Sheetz I go to have the same problem with putting hotdog toppings on the bun before the dog????? Every single Sheetz I go to (I travel a little within the State), the first time it happens, I give the benefit of the doubt and say "it's an off day, I'll say something if it happens again". Then it happens again, I say something about it, get weird looks, but still get my order made right. Cool. Keeps happening after. No cool. So then I started saying something as I order "HEY can you put the toppings for my hotdog on top?". I get weird looks again and they usually say "yeah we always do that". Okay, lol. Same case with this Sheetz... Guys, please tell your teams and districts that toppings are called "toppings" for a reason.

Some good and some bad: Always love that Sheetz offers plenty of selections for people to eat, and plenty of gas pumps. There are two ways in and out, and the pumps are tap and pay. The station is close to an intersection, which is good. Now the not so good. That intersection is not as close to I-66 as ideally it could be. And this; I REALLY do NOT appreciate being discussed as I leave the store. The cashier and a lady that was doing some stocking got into a discussion about something I purchased as I was walking out. Either they didn't know I could hear, or they didn't care. I'm inclined to think it was the latter, which is the reason for the two stars; the unprofessional behavior of the staff.

How can you not love a gas station that celebrates holidays with special gas prices like on the Fourth of July weekend with gas for $1.77.6 cents? Well, you can grow to love them even more when you find out that as a Sheetz card club member,we get two loaded hotdogs for $1.09. And they're good dogs and the buns are fresh. I get a couple of dogs every time I get gas , it's like a little extra treat when I go. And to be honest, I found out about the two dog deal which then drew me into getting gas there, and that's when I found out they supported Apple Pay, one of the first ones in this area to do so. Then I noticed the 15% ethanol gas, and wanted to support our farmers who grow the corn for that, instead of giving the extra 15% to the rich Arabian oil barons. The family uses that E15 exclusively now, for the blue handle "blue gas". If I stop hammering in the pedal I can get 30mpg Highway, 21 City from a 6.2L 490HP race engine on "blue gas". (Sweet!)
