“I used to live right next to this store, so it was my main grocery store. I've since moved to Centreville, and while I do most of my shopping now at the nearby Wegmans, I still drive a few times a month to Herndon to shop here. It's a smallish store, meaning it doesn't always offer the selection of some others in the area, but it also means it's not overwhelming. More importantly, to me, it means it's the kind of place where they recognize me, even after coming less frequently, and greet me and chat with me. It's very welcoming and friendly and in a huge chain, that's rare.”

This store is also the closest to my house, but no matter what, it's the best! The part I don't like is the deli, meat, and pharmacy are understaffed. I wish it had more employees. “This was our local Giants years ago when we lived in Herndon. After a doctors visit across the street I stopped in to pick up some Tylenol. It's a different set up than our Ashburn Village location but easy to find and the self checkout was good. ThE PNC Bank was being renovated so closed except for the ATM.”

“I generally don't shop here but received great service after the CVS that I generally go to refused to honor a manufacturer coupon for an expensive prescription. The Walgreens pharmacy associate was courteous and very professional, and went above and beyond by calling the insurance company and then the drug manufacturer to get the coupon processed. I am saying goodbye to CVS for our pharmacy needs and will be taking the rest of our business to Walgreens!”

“Idk why this Harris Teeter has such awful reviews. I live right next door and frequent this Harris teeter multiple times in a week. To the person who said they don't have Apple Pay, you are wrong lol yes they do. Also whoever said they are filthy is incorrect it's always clean? Especially compared to other stores like food lion or Safeway. I mean I def would prefer if there was a Whole Foods or Wegmans next door, but for this Harris Teeter it's fine and I've always had decent interactions with the staff.”
