I love both locations! My dog has hip dysplasia and she has benefited from the underwater treadmill. The therapists do a wonderful job guiding her and making her feel comfortable. I also really appreciate their advice to further improve her mobility.”

“I was in a pinch and needed a groomer to cut my dog same day. After calling various groomers I stumbled upon Canine Carousel. This groomer was able to work with me to get my dog in and cut, bathed, and nail trim. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful. The groomer was amazing. Very friendly staff and great great work. This is only the second time I've ever written a review but I felt like this place went above and beyond in order to make a customer happy.”
“I absolutely love everyone here. I feel like family when I walk in. Kirsten is so polite and helpful even went out of her way to find me the name of her vet that will make house calls for goats. Jim will always go out of his way to help with everything. If he can do it he will. I love the close relationship I have with the other staff as well. First name basis and caring enough to ask about your animals. Debbie is a true gem. Every spring I add to my flock this year I added some chicks I never had before and they are thriving healthy and laying eggs for me almost on a daily. This store and staff are amazing.”
“Little Jenna’s is officially our new go-to spot! I have two large dogs, and one of them usually hates getting her nails trimmed—she typically needs two or three people just to keep her calm. But when Leah did it, she said Stella was great! After past grooming appointments, Stella was often traumatized and not herself for at least 48 hours, which was really hard to see. This time was completely different.
Our second pup, our German Shepherd, has honestly never looked better. I wish I had added the de-shed, but he still looked amazing. Leah did such a wonderful job with both dogs, and we will absolutely be back! ?✨”

“I have been bringing my cat to vetco for 4 years now. Regular vet prices are ridiculously astronomical!! If my cat needs a Rabies shot and I bring her to a veterinarian practice,There would be a office visit charge and then charge me 2 to 3 times more to get a rabies shot then it would cost me at Vetco where there is not an office visit charge! So not only have I always had a good experience , To me it is a no brainer regarding pricing. I don't know about other situations when it comes to a cat's health , but if you need vaccinations , injections or just a general check up , you cannot beat Vetco for the money.”

“I went into the Tractor Supply Company Poolesville Location to inquire about purchasing my first Utility Trailer on the coldest day in many years. Brandon one of the Asst Managers dropped everything he was doing and assisted me way beyond the Norm in answering questions etc. He made me feel like a valued customer and also made me feel like I knew what I was talking about which I didn't fully :-) Ralph the Manager assisted as well and also answered questions and stepped in when Brandon was finishing up and expediting our transaction in which I did purchase one of their Utility Trailers today. “Since my review, we went back to the Grooming dept. and our issues was immediately addressed and take care of. It was done professionally and attentively.
We have been taking our dog for full grooming at this location for a while now. We have also taken our dog just for fingernail clippings in between. The last 2 times some of the nails were hardly even clipped. Even though I reiterated to ensure they cut it short, this last time 3 or 4 in the front didn't even look like they were touched. I know sometimes the dogs are moody and they could be a challenge. I would expect to be told that some of the nails were not cut or they had issues with the dog!
This time, today, they told me everything went well! The whole thing was no more than 5-10 minutes today! Rush job and perhaps with a new employee since I had not seen her there before!
When we called, we were not even told, bring it an hour later since it is a Happy Hour with a lot better pricing, which we were not even aware!
The whole experience in the last few months has been degrading and it is a shame to see the quality to go so low!

I’ve seen some rare and hard-to-find species here that you don’t normally find in other stores. It’s always worth stopping by to see what new fish and items they have in stock.”
