Came and picked it up and spoke with Nick who was very helpful, large selection of food, treats, toppers all for a reasonable price. Some toppers were sold out but Nick took the time to order more and we will be back Thursday! Definitely recommend this store!”

“I discovered this store a few months ago when my kids were setting up their aquariums. The fish we were getting from the box stores kept dying so I was in search of a place that might have high quality fish. I'm glad I discovered Vienna Aquarium & Pets because their fish seem much healthier. It's a locally owned shop and the owner is there every time I go. He's super knowledgeable and has been instrumental in setting up the dynamics in our tanks.”

“We took our Welsh Terrier to Little Jenna's Grooming when they first opened. In 2020, we moved out of state, but as soon as we returned, I made an appointment with Valerie after reading she works well with senior pups. After one horrific experience at another grooming salon, our 14 year old welshie was a nervous wreck. However, Valerie was amazing with him. He was in good spirits at pick up, looked great, and smelled great! Thank you for the special care you gave our little old pup!”

“I’ve been to grooming salons where the staff barely acknowledge customers, so this place felt refreshing from the moment I walked in. My dachshund needed nail trimming and a bath after digging around outside all week. The groomer noticed he was sensitive around one paw and adjusted how they handled him instead of forcing it. Pickup was delayed by about fifteen minutes because another dog had an accident during grooming, but they kept everyone informed and apologized sincerely for the wait.”
“This is the best pet supply store in the area. The level of professional and friendly service is top notch. The employees are always available to help and seem quite knowledgeable about their products. One of my cats had cancer and had stopped eating they offered ideas to help me get the medicine in him, such as spray cheese. They told me the flavor that was safe for cats and an employee ran to get me a can. They were always patient as I rambled on about my sweet baby and seemed genuinely interested. I gladly drive past closer stores because of these employees.
I also find the store to be cleaner & have a warmer atmosphere than other places. The animals for sale seem healthier; even the betas seem less depressed.”
“Dog Training - excellent beginner dog (puppy / young dog) training. Lee, the trainer, had decades of experience training dogs and horses, and worked seamlessly for a wide variety of breeds that showed up to our class. River (our dog) is much better behaved now, and we are excited to sign up for the next course! I recommend the dog training courses at this PetSmart location.”

“I have been bringing my cat to vetco for 4 years now. Regular vet prices are ridiculously astronomical!! If my cat needs a Rabies shot and I bring her to a veterinarian practice,There would be a office visit charge and then charge me 2 to 3 times more to get a rabies shot then it would cost me at Vetco where there is not an office visit charge! So not only have I always had a good experience , To me it is a no brainer regarding pricing. I don't know about other situations when it comes to a cat's health , but if you need vaccinations , injections or just a general check up , you cannot beat Vetco for the money.”

“I always have a great experience at PetSmart, thanks in large part to Jack. He is consistently friendly, kind, and helpful every time I visit. On my most recent trip, he went above and beyond by helping me locate my pet food and even carrying it out to my car.
While he does make a strong effort to encourage me to sign up for the PetSmart app and online ordering service, I certainly don't fault him for that since he was simply doing his job. In fact, one of the reasons I prefer shopping in person is because I enjoy the excellent customer service in person.
The store often seems short staffed when I visit, but Jack is always there with a smile, ready to help customers. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference in my day.”
