“I discovered this store a few months ago when my kids were setting up their aquariums. The fish we were getting from the box stores kept dying so I was in search of a place that might have high quality fish. I'm glad I discovered Vienna Aquarium & Pets because their fish seem much healthier. It's a locally owned shop and the owner is there every time I go. He's super knowledgeable and has been instrumental in setting up the dynamics in our tanks.”
“This is the best pet supply store in the area. The level of professional and friendly service is top notch. The employees are always available to help and seem quite knowledgeable about their products. One of my cats had cancer and had stopped eating they offered ideas to help me get the medicine in him, such as spray cheese. They told me the flavor that was safe for cats and an employee ran to get me a can. They were always patient as I rambled on about my sweet baby and seemed genuinely interested. I gladly drive past closer stores because of these employees.
I also find the store to be cleaner & have a warmer atmosphere than other places. The animals for sale seem healthier; even the betas seem less depressed.”
“The owner of the store helped me with my dog's diet more than many vets. She knows her products and her recommendations are always helpful. The staff are always available and nice if i need it too. The dogs get samples and treats too so they adore our regular visits ;) highly recommend.”

“I have been bringing my cat to vetco for 4 years now. Regular vet prices are ridiculously astronomical!! If my cat needs a Rabies shot and I bring her to a veterinarian practice,There would be a office visit charge and then charge me 2 to 3 times more to get a rabies shot then it would cost me at Vetco where there is not an office visit charge! So not only have I always had a good experience , To me it is a no brainer regarding pricing. I don't know about other situations when it comes to a cat's health , but if you need vaccinations , injections or just a general check up , you cannot beat Vetco for the money.”

“I always have a great experience at PetSmart, thanks in large part to Jack. He is consistently friendly, kind, and helpful every time I visit. On my most recent trip, he went above and beyond by helping me locate my pet food and even carrying it out to my car.
While he does make a strong effort to encourage me to sign up for the PetSmart app and online ordering service, I certainly don't fault him for that since he was simply doing his job. In fact, one of the reasons I prefer shopping in person is because I enjoy the excellent customer service in person.
The store often seems short staffed when I visit, but Jack is always there with a smile, ready to help customers. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference in my day.”
