Went there to drop off an online order return package for the first time. The lady working there was really helpful in guiding me through the process.

The Asian lady working at this location was super helpful and patient helping me figure out how to mail a return package back to Estonia. I do think that it would be nice for her to have more help in servicing the other customers. That way, the line could have moved faster.

The facility is small so expect longer waiting times. But staff is friendly and helpful. People who is in rush should go to the other major location in sterling as waiting might be a quite long due to how big is the line
