They tried to send my package back to Australia. I scheduled a re-delivery 2 days(1 shipping day) after being given notice that I missed a delivery. On the day of the confirmed re-delivery 1/2/24, it never came even though i have two receipts showing that it was scheduled to come. On 1/3/24 I received a notice saying it was being sent back to Australia. This is 1 day after they were supposed to receiver, and 3 after I missed delivery. The lady at the post office said it was supposed to be held for 3 weeks. Thankfully, they are so inept that they didn't ship it back and I was able to get it, but that was by pure dumb luck.Another issue I have had with this branch was when I had a driver come up to the door claiming a business I've ordered coffee from in the 100s of times, had insufficient postage, and I'd have to pay cash to receive it ir he wont give me my order. The company always offers free shipping and I've never had anything like this happen to me either in life for 40 years, or with the company I ordered from.Sucks if you have to use this post office. It sucks even more than you can't talk to anyone anywhere to tell them about any of this or figure out what is going in.New slogan... Fraud, theft, and incompetentce, we are the USPS!

Visited this location today. Never again! Merlyn was by far the rudest individual I have ever come across in customer service. She was unable to effectively communicate why there couldn't be instructions provided with one of the first class envelopes. She asked me to step aside and fill out additional paperwork to make their job easier. I refused and filled it out at her station. She got incredibly rude and placed her closed sign up and refused to serve me. I have bought numerous envelopes like I purchased today from many different post offices in four different states. This was by far the worst experience. Again, will never be back and will look into filing a formal complaint against this taxpayer funded customer service worker.

This post office customer service reminds me of a communists post office during the cold war...and also a resemblance of a Seinfeld episode "No Soup For You"!

Lunch from 2-3 ? This is a business and the hours are crazy. The front door won't even open ! The employees could do with a customer service refresher course.

Why even have workers here if they are not going to help and turn you away when you have a prepaid package. They can’t even help you print a label haha. They are rude snapping fingers at you and everything

Michael is probably the rudest and most disrespectful postal employee I’ve ever interacted with. Not helpful and condescending. I walked in and he was playing on his phone too.

Only go here out of necessity based on location. They do ship packages, but without any personality or kindness.

I was in here recently trying to send a package to my brother who's serving in the military overseas. He recently reached out to us and asked us to send him a box full of items he misses from the states. It was absolutely my pleasure to do so for him. However, USPS really made the entire process of sending packages to our troops to be cumbersome and honestly unfriendly . It was my first time, and I really needed somebody to explain the process to me, and they basically were completely unhelpful. In fact, the woman that worked there was borderline rude. Finally another customer felt sorry for me and saw how the woman was acting and basically helped me out with directions. I ended up going to another delivery service and paying triple the rate. The bill ended up being $270 but it was worth it to actually have decent service and someone to help me send the package.USPS is the main delivery service to send packages to our military, they have to do a better job than this. It's shameful that they're only connection to their family is marred through poor customer service.

The new male employee is rude. I asked for a roll of flag stamps. The design was very different so I asked him if it was the new flag stamp, and he replied "what does it look like." At that point, I didn't say another word, paid and left. The woman who works there tries to be pleasant or at least put on a front.Sadly, they seem indifferent to their role as a service providers which speaks volumes about the morale at the USPS.And for the customers who waltz in there with unboxed or unwrapped packages, needing boxes and tape and to borrow a pen for your label, take some responsibility and prepare ahead of time. You're disrupting the lines and service for everyone.

Always extremely slow. They need more help here, especially at peak times. It is unacceptable.
