This pharmacy needs to be avoided like the plague! The staff is so rude and purposely unwilling to assist. Do yourself a favor and go to other locations where they actually want to do their job and not use “we are busy” as an excuse to ignore your needs.

They’re not rude. But things never run smooth. It’s a rare occurrence that I just go to pick up a script and it’s a smooth transaction

I am outraged and deeply disappointed with this Walgreens.
They have never once given us a reason to enjoy doing business here. The most recent experience was the last straw. We sat in the drive-through for a long time, watched the person two cars ahead of us get their prescription, and then suddenly the staff just shut the drive-through down. No explanation, no notice, just forced everyone inside. I even took a photo because they literally put up cardboard to block the window while customers stood outside tapping on the glass, begging for answers.
When we went inside, the medication they promised would be ready at 4:15 wasn’t available until almost 7:00. And to top it off, they told us my husband’s seizure medication was sent off to “central”, whatever that means. This is a medication that manages seizures, yet they acted like it was no big deal and offered no clarity or urgency. Completely unacceptable.
What makes this even worse is that the medication is on autofill, which means there is absolutely no reason it should not have been properly prepared ahead of time. Patients rely on these systems for their health and safety, and Walgreens has completely failed to uphold that responsibility.
We understand that many places are short-staffed right now, but there is no excuse for closing the drive-through and putting up cardboard to hide, especially when we also watched them send an employee home while customers were waiting. If you don’t have enough staff, the last thing you should be doing is sending people away and making service even worse.
This isn’t a one-off mistake either. Earlier this week, we had to make multiple trips here because their system couldn’t process the prescriptions the doctor sent over. Every single time we deal with this pharmacy it’s a waste of time, full of delays, poor communication, and staff who seem uninterested in helping. Not to mention the horror stories my mother in law just shared with me which she will be taking to the corporate level.
We’re done. We will never use this Walgreens again, we’re moving all of our prescriptions to another company, and we will not be recommending this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.
Healthcare is not optional. Patients deserve honesty, competence, and respect. Walgreens’ negligence, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior have put my spouses health at risk.

Takes at least 3 visits to get a simple prescription. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with

This pharmacy is always open to help you out a pleasant. They are quick to respond when they are not busy. Being one of the only pharmacies in the area doesn't help their volume but that is not their fault. I would recommend them and advise to pick up your prescriptions outside of busy hours. Go early or go before rush hour! Thank you Walgreens!

Good! Don’t know what but feels like 4 star. Maybe it’s cause of the mood

If I could, I’d give this location ZERO stars. It took four days, seven phone calls (was hung up on twice after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes) and two trips to this location to get two in-stock prescriptions. Clearly customer service is of no importance to this location. Absolutely ridiculous to make people go through all of this to get prescriptions. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They’ve lost three FedEx packages of mine in the past 120 days. Specifically, I turned packages into Walgreens and they provide a receipt for that drop off. However, there was no record of those items ever making it into a FedEx truck. Called Walgreens and they basically said they couldn’t help and told me to file a claim with FedEx. I submitted lost item claims to FedEx, and was denied b/c they said they never received items from Walgreens. Basically zero recourse as the Walgreens receipt is meaningless to FedEx. It’s the equivalent of you dropping off your package with a homeless person and them giving you a scrap of paper and saying they got it. Filed complaint with Walgreens corporate directly, never heard back. Stopped using this place for FedEx packages.
Pharmacy has never been an issue for me.

This place has gone way down hill. I used to use the pharmacy for my prescriptions and it was always a hassle. I switched to Harris Teeter (in the same shopping) and have not looked back. Happy employees and very low turnover. Last time I was in Walgreens I waited for almost 10 minutes at the front counter for another employee to come up to the register, because they had one person in the photo area and the line was 5 deep.
In conclusion, it used to be pretty good and beyond convenient as I can walk there, but Teeter is just such a better option and I can walk there, too.

Arrived at 6:45 pm after my prescriptions were called in at 6:30 . At 7:15 I went to pick up my prescriptions and was told I only have 2 of the 3 prescriptions. Clearly the pharmacist was struggling. She proceeded to tell the technician at 7:35 that I could pick up my 3rd prescription ( mind you I have a double ear infection) tomorrow mid morning ( as if I do not work ) When I informed the pharmacist I would be picking up my prescription tonight since all of them were sent together I was told that they have ten others in front of me and so can now wait if I wanted my prescription as if I had created the problem and began screaming. I will never get my prescriptions here . What a disaster

Every time I go here (I’m in walking distance) I leave saying I’ll never come back. Check the reviews and save yourself the headache. Every department is bad and customer service is a joke. Just go anywhere else and save yourself the headache.
