One of the rudest staff around and especially the pharmacist. Definitely avoid this location at all cost.

One star is too much to rate today's interaction with the pharmacy members at SOUTHERN PLAZA. My daughter got her covid vaccIne today, and the attention to detail from this team is to 'say the least' broken at so many levels. From a simple greeting (making a 9 year old) feel at ease with a shoot to leaving my wife and daugther in a unattended room filled with drugs!!!! I am so upset my wife had to go through this. I do not recommend this pharmacy team or location. They are not courteous , or qualified at any customer service level. It is a shame that Walgreens employs such individuals. We hope management completes some training asap at this location. BE MORE HUMAN FOLKS. Robert

The staff here is incredibly rude. The pharmacy has no idea what they're doing. I was told my prescription was ready, went to pick it up, then was told it wasn't ready and I had to wait for the pharmacist who was on their lunch break. Every time I pick something up, there's an issue.

Talk about rude! The two pharmacists (one named Maggie, the other was a young woman of Asian background) were just rude and unprofessional and had the attitude that they simply did not want to be there and I was just inconveniencing them by picking up a BC order. No hello, no goodbye, no have a nice day, nothing. The other encounter was when I got an infection post op and my surgeon personally called in aN emergency antibiotics order 10 minutes before close, and the pharmacist argued with him that she won't fill it. She ended up filling the prescription, and of course when I got there (before closing time) she acted arrogant and deeply inconvenienced. No wonder this place is trash when the pharmacists convey such poor attitude in the work place and in front of their customers.
