Worst store I’ve ever been to terrible customer service they actually waste food and their attitudes are awful and they overwork their employees wanting the new people to work 24 hour shifts honestly they all should be fired completely and have new respectful employees that actually know what they are doing and know how to run a store I recommend going to a different 7 eleven if you want good customer service because this store sucks and not only does it suck I got banned from this store just because me and my wife would go in there after work sometimes and ask for some of the cold and hot food from the grills that they were about to throw out and we would check the dates to make sure it was good and healthy and we would hand it out to the homeless and apparently the people that work there didn’t like it and banned me and my wife just because of that so yeah awful customer service they are greedy and very rude and the store sucks in general💯 PS if they didn’t want to do that all they had to say was we don’t allow that so we are sorry instead of yelling and throwing cuss words at me just saying there was a wayyy more respectful way to say hey we don’t do that or we can’t do that you have to pay for it but they gave me and my wife the food for free and we would hand it out to the homeless people and we even ate some of it too but with that being said awful store terrible customer service and rude employees I will never be going back to this store ever again and being banned just for something they allowed me and my wife to do is very inconsiderate and ridiculous but yeah anyone that goes there make sure to read this before you get terrible customer service and a rude employee that just yells at his customers 💯I rate this store A 0 star for everything they Suck and their attitudes are bad 💯

I've always came to this store but recently your newest manager her name is Manda Lam Informed my husband who also works at this store as a call in told him she was getting treaspassing papers on me last week and then just 2 days ago falsely..!! accussed me of stealing out the store threatening to press charges because I caught her messing around with my husband it's been nothing but her harassing me she is unpleasant and does not deserve the position there at your store acting the way she does if you have further questions you can contact Richard whom works there as well thank you...!!!!

The store is clean and the food is fresh. The fuel pump area needs the trash cans emptied daily and the windshield cleaner tank cleaned and refilled more often. I would have given 5 stars if the pump area was better maintained.

All of the Employees are always very polite and hospitable. Kent is the nicest young man. he always goes out of his way to make sure that I am getting the best sales on the grill and throughout the store. I do buy hats, gloves, toys for the grandkids and of course lottery tickets. I would like to see them add Sprite Zero to the Cooler. In the 24 oz size as well. This is my favorite 7/11 in Broadway. We have 3 stores. This one is the most hospitable. Always has smile at the Cash Register.

Great customer service. I love the new stores around here that they have built or rebuild in the last 3 years. There for a while the 7-11 stores around here we're going downhill because of the owners that were running it. But once they put in afford to keep the business going anymore I think it's valleys that took over all these 7-Elevens. I think that's the best thing they could have ever done they are great stores to shop in to go on each day to grab a cup of coffee. Awesome group of people. But before then when the people from India owned it or ran it was going downhill very fast. It's definitely turned around.

I have been to this 7-11 several times to get gas. I usually always have an issue with the point of sale on the gas pump either not printing a receipt or being completely out of paper. I go inside to get a receipt and it’s usually not the right time or date printed. This might not sound like a big deal, but if you use a gas back app like GetUpside (promo code JHZV9) you don’t get your cash back because the date or time is wrong on the receipt. Whenever you say something about it to the employees they say “the manager is aware” ok awesome but nothing ever changes. This store is like an ex girlfriend you keep going back thinking it’s gonna be different this time and end up being disappointed. Never again.
