“I’ve taken three vehicles to the gentleman to have the muffler removed, but keeping all other components. He welds everything back as if he never did any work to them. The result is a beautiful masterpiece and a car that will show no issues with performance. Three vehicles all three done the exact same way all three still run hats off to this Artist”

“Broadway Metal Works installed a metal roof on our new construction home. Shortly after an issue arose. After contacting Danny he was quick to visit the site and assure things would not escalate. Danny communicated with us for months and rectified the issue. Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past with most companies but not this one! Highly recommend!”
“I was able to reach VCM via phone and FB Messenger with a specific question about a manual set. Once I got the classification I placed my order. My timing is impeccable as we were out of town when I ordered. Shipping was fast. So fast the package beat me home by a few days. We had horrendous storms in the NW Indianapolis suburbs the days we were gone. My neighbors farm got hit by a tornado! Google it...Brownsburg IN. Well our UPS guy must have been rushing to stay out of the rain and the box got left on the from porch exposed to the elements. If they had gotten it just 1-2feet closer the box would have stayed perfectly dry. It didn't. It got rained on for at least 2 days straight. Well my printed manual was wrapped in the usual cellophane. VCM went a step further and wrapped that in plastic and taped closed, they then had cardboard around that and that was finally packed into the shipping box. Box was soaked, inner cardboard was damp. Manuals were dry as the Sahara desert. Nice work guys. Thanks!”

“Fantastic service all around. I stupidly locked my keys in my trunk after loading it because I was in a hurry and not paying attention. I called FIVE locksmith/towing etc. companies, of those, only two answered and one was over a two hour wait. Krista with Hart's not only actually answered the phone nearly immediately, but she was also wonderfully pleasant and helpful, I was given a very reasonable quote for service pricing and a time estimate from her in probably under a minute. The estimate for wait time was 30 minutes until arrival at my vehicle. Elwood with Hart's arrived in 29 minutes and had my vehicle unlocked easily in record time. I paid and bam, back on the road to get home. I was SUPER STRESSED because my dogs were boarded and I was due to pick them up that evening. Because of Hart's ability to answer the telephone right away and swift service, I was able to pick up my dogs just as the kennel was due to close for the evening. THANK YOU so much, Krista and Elwood. You saved me a ton of anxiety and another night's boarding fee for two dogs.”
“My car has been serviced regularly by the Ford dealership that it was purchased from two years ago. I have had an ongoing issue with a slowly leaking tire that started in the first year. It was requiring air every month and was reported to the dealership with each service but they were unable to determine the cause.
A quick trip to Broadway Automotive and Tire found a nail! They pulled the nail, plugged the hole and the problem was solved! Quick, easy and inexpensive!”
