“Since I'm talking more or less to a "wall" I have to make a point here.My battery has arrived damaged, not usable. Obviously destroyed while shipping. Sent pics and made some remarks. As a feedback so far nothing than empty words like we will go in touch with our carrier and we will let you know the result. Of course the package was insured. My first contact to VA 8th of August (battery arrived same day). Today 25th of August.17 days no idea whats going on.Wrote some e-mails in between asking the status. Mostly no reply at all.I'm expecting to receive another battery on none cost, means incl .shipping, tax and fees.Lets see how they proceed and to get it solved by VA.Zero stars so far.Update:I do not have a contract with fedex, but you have. It is clear that VA is my contact to fix the issue.Thanks for your efforts so far.Soon as there is a 100% solution I will update my review.Update Sept. 5th:No response since 30th August, seems still pending.Update September 13th:Was promised to receive another battery on none cost, except german tax and fees. Change to 2 stars.Update September 14th:Another battery has been shipped. Change to 4 stars”

“So, I am heading to the Harrisonburg hospital to visit my wife when I pick up a screw doing 75 on 81 and get a flat in Newmarket. Put some air in and continue, but 5 miles on, flat again. No spare tire.I get here at 4:15 and see that they close at 5.They had the car up and tire repaired by 4:55.Quiet, confident, and professional. Exactly what you need in an emergency. “Our daughter was driving alone on I-81 yesterday returning to college for the semester. She was involved in a 7 car pileup. Miraculously, she walked away unharmed. We were several hours away from her and unsure what to do re: towing, where she should go, etc. Robert with Hart's could not have been more helpful or kind to her. He towed our car and took her to the office where she waited with kind and helpful people until we arrived. Robert was helpful to my husband and me by phone as we sorted things out. When we finally arrived to get her, he even helped us move all of her college "stuff" to our car. Every parents' worst nightmare is a call from your child that they've been in a wreck and are scared on an interstate - in our situation yesterday, we were blessed that Hart's was nearby and took such good care of her until we could get there. “I rarely write reviews, but this gentleman deserves one. The exhaust pipe on my 2015 Jetta TDI had rusted through and needed a new section installed. I stopped by on my way home and he scheduled me for the next day at 8am. I arrived, he pulled me straight into his shop, and he had the repair done within 20 minutes. He was very inexpensive on top of all that! Can't recommend enough!!”
