“I used Route 11 Automotive for about three years while I lived in Virginia, and I always found them to be reliable, honest, and kind. Whenever I had a problem with my car, I could call them, and they would patiently listen, explain the issue clearly, and help me find a solution.
After I moved to another state, I took my car to a local dealership for regular maintenance. During the inspection, the dealership found a problem with the oil pan and gave me a repair estimate of more than $2,000. Since Route 11 Automotive had previously serviced my vehicle, I contacted them to explain the situation. At that point, I was not certain who or what had caused the problem, especially because my vehicle is older.
What happened next was incredible. Route 11 Automotive took my concern seriously and communicated directly with the dealership that was repairing my car. They showed genuine responsibility and ultimately covered the repair cost of more than $2,000. They did this even though I had moved out of state and was no longer a regular local customer.
Their response reminded me why I trusted them for so many years. Route 11 Automotive does not simply repair cars. They stand behind their work and take care of the people who use their services. Their honesty, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to accept responsibility are rare. I am incredibly grateful for their support, and I will never forget how seriously and generously they handled this situation.

“Going to Blue Ridge Automotive saved me hundreds of dollars. I got a quote from another shop closer to home who quoted me a price for a new air compressor. Turns out I had a new one installed after a collision last winter but the Freon ran out due to incorrect seal/ring used in installation. Over the years we’ve learned over and again to go to Blue Ridge for service with integrity. I cannot recommend them high enough!”

“I felt I had to write this review to acknowledge the effort put into getting me back on the road. I came in for a single trailer tire that I noticed was balding badly, and the team at STTC inspected all my tires. They found another tire that was peeling. I was given a quote, and I couldn’t say no to the reasonable price. Today, I was able to get two new tires and was back on the road much sooner than I expected. 5 stars for good communication, fast service and friendly staffs.”
