“Saul is great. He did great work and fast. He stayed late so i could grab my car and was there before the shop opened. He has an adorable puppy excited to greet guests. His prices were fair and i cannot recommend his shop enough.”

“Going to Blue Ridge Automotive saved me hundreds of dollars. I got a quote from another shop closer to home who quoted me a price for a new air compressor. Turns out I had a new one installed after a collision last winter but the Freon ran out due to incorrect seal/ring used in installation. Over the years we’ve learned over and again to go to Blue Ridge for service with integrity. I cannot recommend them high enough!”

“I used Route 11 Automotive for about three years while I lived in Virginia, and I always found them to be reliable, honest, and kind. Whenever I had a problem with my car, I could call them, and they would patiently listen, explain the issue clearly, and help me find a solution. After I moved to another state, I took my car to a local dealership for regular maintenance. During the inspection, the dealership found a problem with the oil pan and gave me a repair estimate of more than $2,000. Since Route 11 Automotive had previously serviced my vehicle, I contacted them to explain the situation. At that point, I was not certain who or what had caused the problem, especially because my vehicle is older. What happened next was incredible. Route 11 Automotive took my concern seriously and communicated directly with the dealership that was repairing my car. They showed genuine responsibility and ultimately covered the repair cost of more than $2,000. They did this even though I had moved out of state and was no longer a regular local customer. Their response reminded me why I trusted them for so many years. Route 11 Automotive does not simply repair cars. They stand behind their work and take care of the people who use their services. Their honesty, professionalism, kindness, and willingness to accept responsibility are rare. I am incredibly grateful for their support, and I will never forget how seriously and generously they handled this situation. I highly recommend Route 11 Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable repair shop. If I still lived in Virginia, I would continue taking my car to them without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything you did for me. Your help meant more than I can express.”

“A TRUE HIDDEN GEM!! Finding a trustworthy auto shop was tough (especially as a student) but this is THE place to go. I've been to this shop twice now—once for my previous car and again for my current one—and both times, they've blown me away with their amazing service and fair quotes. Dean and his team are unbelievably helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get me back on the road, and today, they even fixed a little missing bolt or two for free! You won’t find a more honest and kinder team anywhere.”

“At first, I did a lot of research on getting a mid muffler delete on my truck and the possible long-term effects it could have and that I told him that the warranty on my truck. Mr. Greg explained that it would not harm the engine or trigger any warning lights on the dash. He went into detail about how exhaust systems work and what people typically do when it comes to a resonator or muffler delete. After understanding everything, I decided to go through with it, and I’m looking forward to hearing how it sounds!!”

They worked me into the schedule and got me taken care of in under 30 minutes. The price was very fair and they were quick and professional. With him being away from home, it meant a lot to work with a shop that was honest and professional throughout the entire process. “While running errands, my battery light came on. KC Auto was about a mile away so I called them about it and drove there. My battery was fine but my alternator was dying. Kevin jumped through a couple of hoops and was still working on my car after closing hours, but he got me back on the road so I didn’t need to worry if I was going to be stranded with a dead alternator! I’m so grateful for these guys! Thanks a ton!”

“I felt I had to write this review to acknowledge the effort put into getting me back on the road. I came in for a single trailer tire that I noticed was balding badly, and the team at STTC inspected all my tires. They found another tire that was peeling. I was given a quote, and I couldn’t say no to the reasonable price. Today, I was able to get two new tires and was back on the road much sooner than I expected. 5 stars for good communication, fast service and friendly staffs.”

“Isaac and Matt were great to work with. My truck got hit, and when I texted Isaac on a Friday afternoon, he met with me the following Monday and guided me through the whole process. I dropped my truck off, and Autobody Pro handled everything directly with the insurance company, saving me the hassle and keeping me updated along the way. When I picked up my truck, it looked even better than before the accident. I highly recommend Autobody Pro—excellent customer service and outstanding results are hard to find, but they have both.”

“I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee that for several years was stalling out when I stopped at a light or when I stopped and parked. And it wouldn't restart. Because it was so unpredictable I stopped driving my car. My mechanic at the time looked at it multiple times but wasn't able to diagnose the issue. I asked my local neighborhood Facebook group for a recommendation and several people said go to Alex at Woodland and I am so grateful. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He got my Jeep running better than it had been in years. It's been two years since he fixed the stalling issue and my Jeep hasn't stalled once. Alex listened, understood my appreciation of my old car and was committed to getting it back on the road. He gets my highest recommendation!”
