I ordered four large mugs from Bay Pottery and they arrived in some of the best packing I've seen for handmade items and the mugs were awesome. Will definitely be ordering gifts for the holidays soon

Literally doesn't respond to even multiple e-mails/contacts via their website. Sounds like the same experience from many others who either try to contact them or even order from them. Get it together.

Beautifully handcrafted pottery in my favorite sea blue glaze! After ordering a set of mugs we decided to order additional kitchen items in the matching glaze. Items were packed well in ecological packaging and arrived on time as expected. Highly recommend!

Zero communication , zero customer service full of excuses as to why after 9 weeks of ordering that I still haven't received orders. If you absolutely have to have this product find it used on Ebay, etsy or some other website and save yourself the headaches and frustration. I was told my stuff shipped the 30th of May after ordering and paying for on May 5th. Finally after several messages got response and tracking saying items shipped on the 30th of May after looking up tracking that was given post office was still waiting for items to be dropped off, then get message saying did I get charged because their system has potentially fraudulent, just a scam and excuse, at that point I asked to cancel and refund my money amazingly that was instant as I was on the phone with my credit card company I got text saying money refunded. Buyer beware read the reviews and buy from any where else besides their own website!!!

BEWARE! Super cute products, but ZERO communication. I tried social media, email, phone, and direct contact through their website. Within 3 months, I have received ZERO communication. I tried to cancel my order, but 2.5 months later, I received half of my order. I opened an investigation with my bank, and Bay Pottery is FALSELY saying they sent my order (I've still only received HALF!!!). We are in a pandemic, yes, and even given the benefit of the doubt that they were sick or something, they are posting on social media, but still have not sent an email saying "we're working on it" or "sorry" or ANYTHING. They took payment in the beginning of December - if they were sick or behind STOP TAKING ORDERS - it isn't a crazy concept. I know many small businesses that have to do this from time to time. It isn't that hard... Hey, you, Bay Pottery - it would do wonders for your business if you returned communication or let your customers know what was going on. This is ridiculous.

Terrible service. I tried many times to get a replacement trivet I had bought a a gift. It arrived broken. She said she'd forgot, then said she'd send ii. After at least 3 months I gave up. Her tivets are beautiful, but id buy through Etsy if you order so you'd at least have some recourse

I ordered a Tea set and toothbrush holder for My wife on December 7th 2020 for Christmas gifts. I received the Tea set today 6/7/2021 (7 months) I have never received a call, email or any other communication. Egg cartons were tightly wrapped around the box, yet the plate and mug were freely unpackaged and hit each other during shipping break into piece. So I pay $50 (it’s not about the money) wait 7 months to only get damaged items because of carelessness. Te product seem quality but the company seems to not understand what customer service is.

Still have not received my full order 3 1/2 months later. No one at the company has responded to my multiple methods of contact: Instagram, Facebook, email, voicemail, or direct contact through website. Took 3 months to get half my order. Never sent an email or anything saying they were running behind or working on my order yet they made a couple "normal" posts on social media and sent out a "happy holidays" email. I don't like to trash companies but they have officially stolen from me. I'm not happy. PS- I did open an investigation with my bank but Bay Pottery lied and said they sent me my order when I explained to my bank (who relayed to BP) I only received half.

Bay pottery ripped me off & would not return my 5 messages & emails, Lily, the owner, & customer service rep. (Ha.ha)Was M.I.A. After taking our prepaid PayPal order for $135.00 for #4 coffee mugs & ONE MONTH later sent us one ☝?!Her lack of customer service & tipping us off is inexcusable, she has other people that work for her that could have reached out to us by now-This pottery company is a scam!

I found my favorite large purple “rose” mug at a coffee shop down in Richmond a month ago and it was from Bay Pottery. It is so beautiful. I broke it recently and drove all the way down to buy another one. Then I found out I could order it online!! So happy. They have some beautiful pottery.
