I would give them 0 stars but I cannot. I called the broadway location asking to check my account balance and they proceed to tell me they cannot do that and then offer for me to call someone else when I know they do give account balances over the phone. they rarely ever want to work with people and are actually very rude most of the time. Which I then called the new market location where I was given my account balance and had a good rest of my day. broadway’s truist needs to do better with how they treat people.

Awfull customer service. You wait in the drive thru forever, nobody is every available to talk about accounts and the 800# is worse. You cannot reach a person in under an hour wait. Its 1000 worse now they are truist.
