My son's car broke down on the interstate over 20 miles from home early in the morning. They were extremely quick in picking it up for us and bringing it back to my house and the young man who did the tow was extremely professional and very polite. My 3 year old son was so excited to watch him unload the car in our driveway and the driver was awesome with him.
Very reasonable price considering the situation and we are very grateful for their service. Not my first time using Hart's but always beyond satisfied with Jody, Ben and the rest of the crew. Thank you guys very much for helping my boy get his car home safely and super fast!

I was on a road trip, about two hours from home, when my car started having engine trouble on the highway. Thankfully, the auto shop I stumbled upon recommended Hart’s Towing.
From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Robert arrived quickly and handled my situation with exceptional care and professionalism. Robert truly made a difficult moment feel manageable.

Harts was the 4th place I called trying to get help getting my car with a busted radiator 2 hours home. The gentleman that answered the phone made sure he got someone out to me and checked on all the drivers locations and time lines. The driver came faster than estimated and got my car the 90 miles home safely. The price was even better than I expected. I highly recommend Harts.

Hands down 5 star service. I was relocating from Pennsylvania to Georgia. I made a stop in Virginia to fuel up my u-haul. I was also towing a vehicle on the back of my u-haul and noticed that the straps securing the vehicle had fell off completely on both sides. I still had a 8 hour drive ahead of me and i was panicking knowing that the u-haul facility incorrectly secured my vehicle. Jody and Daryl were heaven sent angels that day that happened to be in area and were quick to assist. They fixed the straps in the correct position and they remained secure for the duration of my drive. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist. It’s rare to have strangers be so willing to help these days. I offered to but their lunch but they kindly declined and just wished me safe travels. I would highly recommend this company based on their efficiency and professionalism. Thank you fellas once again for helping me and being quick and friendly. You guys are amazing!

Jody, the owner, was nice enough to talk with and seemed genuine with regards to our situation. The office girls were either extremely simple minded or incredibly smug in their attitude, very off-putting. Maybe a lesson in customer service is needed? Higher prices than some other tow companies but overall seem to do a good job.

If I could go lower then one star I would! They over charged me every chance that they could towed me without notifying me which is illegal on thanksgiving then charged me $350 for initial tow and $75 a day there after! Happy thanksgiving they are crooks and thieves. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy they shouldn't even be in business so be carefull all you interstate travelers do not and I repeat do not go with harts towing unless you want to get yelled at by some snotty receptionist and get robbed of your hard earned money!!!

Ben and Robert from Hart's came and got me when my jeep broke down on the highway. Harts was there in 20mins on 2 different tow calls on back to back
days and well before AAA and State Farm were expected to arrive. I appreciate such great service and promptness from Hart's. I suggest calling them first!

On 81 past 64, I experienced a tire failure. This happened on a Friday, early afternoon. I located a local garage who could help but did not offer towing. I was referred to Hearts Towing. The dispatcher assured us they could help, talked to a driver, and assured us they would help. These guys were fantastic! Darrell, who we primarily interacted with on the truck, was polite, helpful, and worked it out where my family was safely transported to the garage. At the garage, they were helpful in pointing us in the right direction, introduced us to the garage team, and made sure we were as okay as we were going to be before leaving. Also, the garage agreed to added the tow to the invoice. These folks are GREAT, from answering the phone to finishing up. Highly recommend!!!!!

When I first called for help for a flat tire, the woman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Robert, the driver, provided excellent service and took great care of my car. He loaded/unloaded my BMW 530i very carefully. I was worried about that because of the lower ground clearance on my car. He was prompt for pickup and drop off. Robert was also very polite and courteous. My perception is that Hart’s is a fairly large operation but their prices were very comparable to other smaller companies that I called. They were also willing to help me regardless of where I needed them to pickup/drop off my car. I called a lot of companies before Hart’s because they were closer to me, but many did not answer or said that they wouldn’t take me that far (about 30 miles) or that there were other companies closer to me to call?. Hopefully I will never have to call on them again (for obvious reasons) but if I need help, I will. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks for the help and great service.
