Our van hit a deer and we were stranded on the side of the highway. Randy and his son came out fast, loaded up our van, and dropped us all off at a hotel nearby. The next day they opened their lot to let us unload all of our gear so we could head home. Great guys, great service!

Popped in here after my car started making the most God awful noise on 81 because a couple undercarriage bolts had broken loose and the metal was dragging on the road. After receiving excellent care and information on the phone, the woman at the front desk grabbed a couple screws, laid down right in the parking lot, and sent us on our way! Didn't even charge us for the trouble! I wish I lived in the area so that Trans Tech could be my regular mechanics, they're so generous and just straight up kind.

Called them today to see about getting an inspection! They got me in the same day! And to my great surprise blessed me with my first duck for my jeep!

We stopped in here, out of the blue, to have them take a once over on a vehicle we were contemplating buying. They were so kind to get us in immediately !! It was such a relief! Everyone was so nice and understanding and explained everything to my husband! We are so thankful to them for letting us just walk in!

These guys are Awesome!
I drive an 18 wheeler. On my way to deliver a load, a pickup truck made a sudden left-hand turn right in front of me and totaled my tractor. Shockingly no one was injured.
After my first call to a mean, nasty and overpriced towing company, who promised to charge a $200.00/ day storage fee, I got lucky enough to contact Trans Tech Towing & Repair.
Heather and her crew courteously towed my rig to their yard, allowed me to spend the night, delivered my load the next day, gave me two more days in her yard while I transferred my belongings to my undamaged trailer and arranged for transport back to Florida.
Thanks to Trans Tech Towing I got the best possible outcome for a really bad situation and their storage fee was $200.00/ month.
They treated me like family.
Trust me,
trust them
they’ll treat you like family too.

My son got his car stuck on a mountain and after calling a few tow companies I spoke to Heather at Trans Tech. She sent Randy straight to us and he was amazing!! Only took him a few minutes to figure out how to get the car back on the road. I have nothing but praise for my experience with them from start to finish!!

Had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat on my 2022 Goldwing heading north. Randy and Chris showed up and took care of business. I can't thank you two enough and Trans Tech is lucky to have you extremely knowledgeable fellas! True all-stars.

Hands down best service! I broke down on my way to work yesterday morning. Trans Tech not only towed my vehicle from Harrisonburg back to Broadway they were able to diagnosis the problem and fit me in and fix my vehicle the same day in between their already busy schedule. I had my SUV back that same evening. Highly recommend Trans Tech they are awesome!!!!

I discovered Trans Tech when I was in route to Washington DC and hit piece of debris on I-81 that disabled my car. State police dispatched a tow truck from Trans Tech to tow my vehicle, and they sent Randy. To say that Randy went above and beyond to help me and my family is an understatement. He not only helped get my car to the garage but also used his own personal vehicle to take me and my family 30 minutes away to pick up a rental car. I have never been so impressed with customer service in my life. Randy and Melissa were my guardian angels that day. They were both friendly, professional, and efficient, and my car was fixed and good as new within 24 hours (not to mention that the cost was incredibly affordable). I don’t live near Trans Tech, but if I did, I guarantee that they would be my go-to for all car repairs. I cannot recommend this company and its employees enough.

I have delt with many mechanics and sence then have made Trans Tech my go-to. These people know what there doing. Top notch quality work. The installation of a lift kit and a body mount chop for the larger tires (welded by Gordon) exceeded expectations of a skilled Mechanic. I have recommended this Garage to all my family and friends. I won't go anywhere else. Customer service defines what a small town community should be, polite, helpful and patient. Good work and good people.

My experience with Trans Tech has been extremely wonderful. They have been extremely Curtiers on phone and in person. I went in for a alignment. There was nothing wrong with my alignment they said. They could of easily said it was and charged me full price. But didn't I appreciate the honest and the fact they only charged me for alignment check.
