Trax Auto II is an amazing dealership to purchase a vehicle from.
My daughter purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and my son-in-law purchased a 2020 Toyota Tundra which they are extremely pleased with. If you are looking for a reliable used vehicle and a dealership with integrity, I highly recommend Trax II. Kristina goes out of her way to accommodate the customer, and match them up with the right vehicle.

Absolutely an amazing business Christine was amazing she placed my son in his first vehicle and unfortunately it was involved in an accident no fault to my son he was devastated so Miss Kristina did everything possible to place him in another vehicle needless to say my son is over the moon with delight I would definitely give this business a 10 out of 10 and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Donahvyn Smith is a proud owner of a 2018 Chevy Colorado. Pretty amazing step up for a 21-year-old young man I'm so proud of him.

After shopping around for a good used vehicle for a week, my husband and I went back to Kristina and purchased a toyota highlander. Kristina went out of her way to make the purchase easy. If you are looking for a good used vehicle, it is worth your trip to Broadway.

Please be sure with any vehicle you’re interested in to take it to a mechanic to check it out for you. We test drove a black 4 door jeep wrangler which was absolutely beautiful. We took it to a mechanic during the test drive just to be sure. (Only cost us 20 bucks) They found the manifold/ muffler was rusted and hose clamped together because bolts were rusted off. We brought a paper from the mechanic and showed the young lady we were working with. She said they could take care of that and fix it no problem. We said we supposed we would come back once they fixed it and test it out again. She explained they would only fix it if we purchased it, that they were not going to fix it otherwise. That it passed inspection even though this wasn’t something typically checked during inspections. We also pointed out a rather large chip in the windshield. We assumed they would fix it or knock some off the price. Neither was done. She told us they would warrantee the windshield for 6 months if it cracked anymore they would fix it. We were told it’s not big deal and jeeps get them all the time. This didn’t sit right with us. Knowing that something is indeed wrong with a vehicle and not fixing it or bringing any awareness to the next customer felt wrong.
That is what compelled us to leave a review. I pray this is helpful for anyone looking to buy.

Kristina is AMAZING. Needed a car pronto, left Trax Auto in a nice car, 4 year warranty with low monthly payments. Took care of my DMV needs with plates, a one stop car shop! After getting stuck with a lemon, she had the carfax, buys used vehicles from a certified dealer, not Auction junk..only one car owners with no accident. My 2015 Nissan Rogue only had 50,000 miles on it. I couldn't be more pleased. Appreciate all you help, thank you.
