I always have great experiences here. I send anywhere from 15-50 packages out each month for my small business and the two ladies working are always so kind and helpful. Katie and Matthew spent time this morning looking into a lost package for me/my customer and gave me individualized attention to try to get to the root of the issue. This place treats you right.

The post office staffs are great but for some reason their delivery people kept miss placing or loosing packages. Sadly when you called them they got nothing to say. If your employees kept receiving calls about missing packages maybe it’s not the people’s problem but your very own employees need some accountability or correction.

this USPS branch is thief! I received the package (USPS large flat rate box) and they charged me $48 because of sender put clear tape on USPS shipping box. This is totally non sense. who's gonna pay if box is damaged or wet during shipping?? please use UPS or Fedex,they are totally crazy!

I am always treated friendly by the employees. I live in Timberville but I always go to Broadway post office because they have wonderful customer service and Tville does not.
