Went in to get a battery and after paying for it they wouldn’t even install it, and batteries aren’t cheap anymore. She said that you have to be a professional to install it…the things people say to keep from doing their job.smh

The elderly man who works here, is a bit dense. I came in to do a diagnostic test, the man did it but wouldn't say anything about what was wrong with the car. He was instead looking up parts and not explaining what was wrong with the check engine light.Then when asked questions on what he found on his monitor, he would try to give flippant answers. I wanted to know what needed to be fixed first of all before talking about what parts to buy. Let me know what was discovered to be wrong with the car first before you randomly jump to talking about buying parts without telling me all of what was wrong with the car. People here need to go back to school and learn how to communicate.

The store is what you'd expect. I went in for washer fluid and left with washer fluid. I didn't need any assistance, but the employee who rang us up was polite and friendly.

Trying for last 40 min. To find out if have a socket for axle nut . have been put on hold 3 different times from 6 to 15 min. Before I hung up and called back . poor customer service to me .said twice they had it went to go make sure never came back ..

I am a person does disabled has a bad back I asked a man could he check my transmission oil. So I know how much to buy from the store. And he said he can't do it cuz the manager said not to. I will never ever go that place and I was on my hard money there. So I guess O'Reilly's do not look out for people especially disabled people.
