Someone I know well worked there and got fired for not "keeping the place to standards" namely mopping the floor before he left at night. But get this, his phone was stolen by a customer who is buddy buddy with another chic who works there. When this person was fired, they asked, "Doesn't this hurt you? Aren't you upset?". Why ask if being fired isn't payback? If your looking to work there... don't.
