I want say anthony rhodes did great job walking me through the purchase of my 1025JD. .He keep me informed through process. Mark Goode at Buchanan store was also great help also. Both these gentlemen are great employees of James River Equipment.

Cost prohibitive repair prices. I would be out well over $1,000 on repairs for my bottom of the line, probably not even worth $1,000 John Deere riding mower. A couple days on Youtube and about $50 later I’m mowing grass again. I’m glad I was able to solve the problems on my own but would have gladly paid a couple hundred bucks.

I called James River Equipment to replace a broken transmission belt on my Craftsman lawn tractor.After 14 days they returned my lawn tractor and charged me over $380.00 dollars.When I tried to use the tractor immediately I realized I could barely put the tractor in forward or neutral and reverse.This was not the case before James River worked on my tractor.I tried using my clutch and moving the throttle to the lowest speed but it didn’t help.James River Equipment caused this problem and need to fix it.

I wanted to replace my. 16 year-old JD x320, so I reached out to James River Equipment. Anthony Rhodes did a first class job of getting the deal done, answering questions and simply making the whole deal happen. I love the machine, having used it already and believe it is nearly perfect for my needs. I considered an equivalent Kubota, but then remained loyal to JD, because of my decades of excellent experience with your machines.Mr. Rhodes did a fine job and when I finally get around to buying a big backhoe, I'll make sure I reach out to him again.

I had an issue with my tractor seat about a month after they had serviced the tractor and part of the service was fixing the seat because it was right when I picked it up but after using it and rotating it around facing backward it was stuck again. Sammy came by my house while on a call and figured out what was wrong, called me and told me how to do it in the future. There was no charge just excellent friendly service
