I have liked the service so far up until today. I am unsure who I spoke to but the woman working the counter was very rude to me because I didn't know how notice slips worked. It genuinely made me feel less than and I hope she realized how her behavior affects the office's customers.

Need information about a letter that someone in our house has to sign for but NOBODY wants to answer the phone!!!!!! So the right person in this household can go sign for it !!!!!!!!!
