Laundry soap machine empty, attendant has no key or can’t refund. Washing machine failed “f-8”, no spin and attendant could only suggest drying soaking wet clothes because the owners apparently don’t care if he takes the heat !!!! Poor management !!!! Attendant was as helpful as owners allow !!!!

Better than the laundry place I was using in Lexington. Only disappointing thing I have noticed is the lack of a bathroom.

All $3.50 machines are not receiving enough water (not a load size issue, guys with smaller loads also don't look wet) Either cheaping out on water or plain not working properly.
Half my clothes had detergent or still smelled like dirty clothes. Would avoid. Had to do a second wash in the $5 machine.

Machines could use a wipe down on the outside, few were caked in animal hair which says more about the people who use it not cleaning up after themselves. Floors were really dirty & trash was full but it was a Sunday evening overall gets the job done not a bad price either $3.50 per load to wash & drying was 25 cents per 6 minutes.

If you can get past the annoyingly loud country music that drones on and never stops, the broken overpriced vending machines, and the dirt and cockroaches wandering the dirty floor, its a good place. I do like to take free food and leave donations there when I do laundry or am passing through. And I don't give Lexington's laundry mat the business anymore because they are snobs, so Buena Vista Coin Laundry is where I go.

I don't recommend this laundromat. Mostly because of the dryers. Multiple units have sharp metal barbs that you would never notice, until an item of clothing gets snagged. I had to stick my head inside the dryer to take this picture, after I noticed a shirt getting tangled up during the dry cycle. It snagged a hole in my shirt and left what I think are grease stains up the arm. Other dryers didn't snag, but still left dark marks on items.

Small but adequate local laundromat. Washer prices range from somewhat high $3.50 for standard household size top loader machines, all the way up to the ridiculously overpriced $8.00 for the MEGA front loader. There are only two mega load washers and one of those has reliability issues so you may have to split your loads between the medium sized front loaders.Dryer prices are 6 min per .25 cents so that's not bad just be aware of the temperature bar setting so you aren't just fluffing your items.
