I’ve lived in this home going in 11 years… it use to be if a package was “to big” for the box, the driver would run it down to the house and leave it on the porch.. now you get a slip and have to drive almost 30 min (each way) to pick up your stuff. It’s really sad ! It would take 1 min for the driver to just drop it on the porch. I think they enjoy making people come up to pick up mail…
I miss the old days when carries actually gave a damn. I’m sure there are still good ones, but dang stop being lazy !

the drivers will not deliver anything to your door if it want fit in your mail box they just say delivery attempted and take it back to the post office for you to pick up. Very Sad

So over it! Packages being shoved in my mailbox that don't fit. My mailbox literally got ripped off because the postal worker was too lazy to deliver the pack to my porch. I've had countless items damaged because it's been shoved so intensely into my mailbox.

Not sure what policies or procedures this USPS follows, but for the months Jan thru April I ordered 4 debit cards from same bank and not one was delivered, and I do have Informed Delivery with USPS and each time it reflected the banks envelope addressed to me, and received ALL mail included with the banks mail.....I filed a complaint after the 3rd debit card wasn't delivered and got nowhere with USPS other than them Confirming those pieces DID make it to this location, and what happened thereafter is the big question. However, shortly thereafter I see a job posting for a mail carrier, so I assumed either someone was fired or they quit. Ever since then I've received mail regularly but these last 2 days have been questionable, as I was informed of 3 pieces to be delivered yesterday, and 1 today, which are legal documents and haven't received either. This has got to be absolutely one.of thr worst post offices this side of the smokey Mountains! And no help from the USPS after a formal n complaint. One more note: the last piece I received (debit card) had been opened, torn open, and put back inside the envelope....so what did I have to do? OrDER ANOTHER one!!!!! Smh

They leave packages in the middle of the driveway in the rain. A lazy mailman/woman is not a good mailman/woman. We need new workers.

December 2023 by Issues need to be addressed.
My oh my, I had no ideal that others were having problems with this post office, until I too had a problem for the first time. My packages are left on top of the mail box right where the main high way is, anyone can just pull up in take them, and that's exactly what happened, I reported it to the postoffice in my God all hell broke loose as if it was something I had done, (they no better) So now because the carrier left it there like they normally do ( this time it was taken, ) I'm trying to get information from the postoffice on what to do and what I get is nothing but headaches. I had no ideal that I would ever hafter deal with and issue like this. I ask for the postmaster name, couldn't get it, ask to speak to them, out for the year, ask who was in charge, young lady say for now I'm. So I decided to talk with her about the problem and still right now, just going in circles over and over and over. And don't call, because the one lady that I talk too, you can't get a word in she hangs up in your face . I don't know if this action from the postoffice is exceptiable but I'm going to try my best to contact corporate usps for help.
I have never in my lifetime at this time ever though that this postal office My Postoffice would be so uncaring about my issue.
If a package is not able to be place inside the mailbox. Take it back to the postoffice and leave a slip for the customer in their box to pick it up, just don't put them on top, stuffed so hard that the package is damaged.
Just do the right thing leave a notice for the customer, give the customer that option, instead of leaving it in open range for anyone to take .That's Just Wrong, as can be, I think that corporate should no and picture s should be sent so that they can see that this is a problem not just with me.but from what I can see, also with others.

Reading the 11 reviews here and being a former carrier, I'll address several of these... 1. If your mail/packages are being delivered to the wrong address, 100% of the time, your box isn't PROPERLY marked with house number. Place BIG, clear numbers on BOTH SIDES of your mailbox (a mailbox in good shape!). 2. If your mail is getting wet due to the door not being properly closed, that's due to YOUR mailbox not the carrier. Fix or replace your box with a properly functioning one. 3. For package delivery, make sure the END of your driveway is CLEARLY marked with a BIG house number. Mail carriers are not going to play "hide and seek" when it comes to delivering mail, marking your box and driveway is your responsibility. 4. Dogs... Every carrier has been attacked at least once by someone's "sweet dog" and, USPS stresses carrier safety first. Don't want that package left at the mailbox, put the dogs away. Every single one of these complaints are issues that have to be addressed by the homeowner/resident. Not the Post Office.

Your website indicates that you are open today on Martin Luther King Day when in fact you are closed. It does state Martin Luther King Day may affect hours. It does not say you are closed. Time to get your act together.

Worst place ever! I’m sick of tired calling for them to stop leaving packages in the middle of the road! Yes I have dogs that apparently are so scary, don’t get out of the car! Of just leave the note for me to get the package at the post office! Stop leaving mail out in the road! Only one lady having issues with us, don’t like your job, get a new one! Your job is to deliver mail, not to leave it in the road! Jesus Christ you need drawing with crayons juts ask! They never had issues until I told her not to raise her hands to my dogs! And Asked ro leave!
