Worst location ever. Asked to make fresh mini tacos and they said they are fresh. Told them I don’t mind waiting just would like fresh ones. The damn mini tacos came out freaking burnt completely charred. Avoid this location and go to the one off rolling road.

Employee named Azad with a turban on his head asked me for my ID when buying a cigarette even though I’m way past age of 30. Humiliated me in front of other customers and just laugh about it. This is the worst 7 eleven in Burke. I would drive extra mile to other branch to avoid this one. Bad customer service and racist place.

Overall good location I’d say I am a regular.
My issue is there is a cashier (short lady with glasses) that scans other things when I’m not buying them.the other day I bought 2 energy drinks and she scanned 2 chocolate bars that were next to her, good thing I caught her and told her because they were pricey and then she says “ohh I thought you wanted” , when I never even brought them up. Everytime she’s cashier she always does it I’ve heard other customers in front of me say why is that there on there order total.My friends that go there have told me she had done the same to them. The second time she did it was when I was buying 2 sandwiches she scanned a monster that was with her behind the counter I told her no no why is that there and she starts stuttering and turns red she said “it’s a discount discount sir” (maybe because it was my second time catching her or maybe because her coworker was next to her). She’s also forced me to use my reward points by pressing it when it pops up. This is unacceptable and I don’t have the time to talk with there manager or make a police report about it.

This guy Alcohol can also cause a person to become loud, offensive, and even argumentative.
It seems that he is not providing the expected level of customer service and may be behaving unprofessionally. It is important for sales associates to be helpful and attentive to customers' needs. I would recommend bringing this issue to the attention of the store manager or supervisor, who can address the situation and ensure that customers receive the assistance they deserve.

They dont check the stuff they have in the shelves. A lot lf the stuff is very old please look carefully before you purchase. I found 3 other items with mold inside as i realized. They dont even lable stuff right. Polite employees for sure though.

Best 7/11 in the area. It might not be as big and fancy as the one near Walmart, but it is much nicer. It is always very clean and the young cashier is friendly. However, the staff do not always off the option to put my rewards number in and do not give the receipts unless you ask.

A rude Indian cashier is very selective of who he checks ID just for buying a beer. Doesn't help even if you look old enough. Insisted that he scan the ID as he could not tell from the birth date. Then when questioned about the practice, the cashier mumbles and makes a rude, abysmal comments about criminals. I felt unwelcomed and humiliated. 7 eleven later reached out to me to offer me a coupon as their token of apology which is more of an insult.This isn't first time I had issue with this place. Few months ago, a short Indian lady did not bother to pre-scan $5 scratch off. Due to their incompetence; even though I won $5 in the scratch off, they could not redeem the amount for me because the scratch off that they sold wasn't in their system. They sold that to me in the first place. Apparently they forgot to pre-register the scratch off in their system.Avoid this 7 eleven at all costs.

I’ve been coming to this store for over 20 years. Ever since there has been new management I’ve been very disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the store. The soda machine is always dirty, always out of Diet Coke or mixtures are wrong. there are no tops for slurpee drinks, and other products. New manager is a bully and there is a huge turn over in employees.

6/25/22 This place has some working going on that needs fixing. Water was dripping from the ceiling bag/tube down into a bucket. Not a good look, but beats the alternative. The store looked clean and I found something to cool me off on this hot Summer day. The staff was as friendly as they could be. I did not wish to be in the store long, so what I found in the store was good for me. I will have to look around this area some more next time. Oh, I don't care for the gambling machines in the 7 Eleven. They are normally found in fort of the atm machine and this put peoe in an awkward position. Surprisingly, this was not the case at this 7 Eleven.

People working at this 711 are stupid as heck. Went in to get some chips and adding nacho and cheese. Told the guy that they both are empty and he sits there try to ignore me, have to tell him many times. Then he went into the freezer to get the nacho and cheese "frozen" and stick it right in the to dispenser. I told the guy I can't put that on my chips that will get people and he ignore me. Then he said in America you can not put plastic in microwave. I know that in America products like that are packaged in microwaveable bags. I have started arguing with him to give me my money back because I can't be putting food in my mouth that will get me sick. The dude started going off by this is America. Well dumb ass in America you give me my money back.
