My 7-11 experience was great! The store is very clean and they have tons of delicious treats like slurpees, sodas, and chips! I am also so appreciative of how I got a free slurpee on July 11th and how hard the employees were working to get those slurpees made! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Horrid night shift worker, but it’s the only close 7-11. If you need something at night but it isn’t necessary, you’re better off waiting till the morning. Why bother with a store where the employees are annoyed to see customers, and actively displays this annoyance.

I went there around 12:30 pm to 1pm, to get coffee and play Power Ball. The bet slips changed to a new bet slip and I didn't see to play multi draws and I asked at the cashier to get multi draws and he says, I don't know how to do multi draws on the lottery screen so I said you work here you're suppose to know and he pop-up the lottery game for 1 draw. He kept saying, I don't know how to do it!
This was so ridiculous!

I felt uncomfortable after visiting this location at night and the cashier said he needed to take my small backpack/purse and put it behind the counter away from my view or reach. If you're a woman with a purse or someone who carries a bag another location may be better for safety reasons.

This is honestly the best 7-11 I have been at. I usually come here to get coffee. The people that work here are very nice, friendly and personable. They take great care to upkeep their store, keep it clean and ensure that all the machines functional. In short, please do not believe any negative reviews about this place. You cannot go wrong with this location. Top marks!

New to this area but I’ve done installs all over VA. I came in 2 separate times in the last 30 days. And on both occasions I made a purchase and asked to use the restroom.
Both times I was denied access.
The thing that gets me is , another customer asked to used the restroom , and they were allowed to use the restroom.

Incredibly rude cashier. I will be going into Wal Mart instead of 711 now, or driving elsewhere. There's no need to be so crass with paying customers.

I went there to get a quick grab and go snack but everything was empty. Literally all cases have nothing than those chips and chocolate. And specifically cashier so rude

Very rude cashier, I was trying to heat my burrito from seven eleven, and they unplug the microwave, and put a sign saying it's out order or broken, they do that when they don't want to clean it up. 0 stars

Very rude employee. If you’re wanting to go to this 711 & see the guy with dreads at the register.. Do yourself a favor & turn right around so he can’t treat you like straight dirt.
