Rude and very unprofessional experience with Amy/staff. It was a slow evening around 6 pm, Amy was doing my nails and 2-3 of her co-workers came to sit next to her while she was doing my nails, they were talking SO loud, laughing, chatting for 45 minutes until some customers walked in. Amy rushed my service, did a terrible job and tried to charge $20 extra for a normal French tip, I will never return here.

I am a regular here and they always can fit me in same day!! I dont have a single nail tech i go to because ive found all are wonderful. Havent had a bad experience and everyone is super lovely.

Pedicures are very inconsistent. Sometimes you experience the best service. Other times it is rushed and you don’t get half the things you’re supposed to. I am currently experiencing the latter and am pretty disappointed. I noticed when I got home that my toe nails were gritty with paint and I got nothing in my water. Barely any kind of massage so she could keep up with the lady next to her doing a man that didn’t require the same as me or ordered the same as me. It is quite expensive to get a Spa manicure and leave the chair in 30 minutes with only feeling dissatisfied and disappointed in the experience and outcome.

Great massage chairs, lovely dim, quiet and relaxing ambiance for pedicures. For the first time ever, I messed up two of my nails before leaving and they were so kind about fixing it for me. Very enjoyable experience overall!

I have had poor experiences 2/3 visits. The first time, my gel manicure chipped on multiple fingers in 2 days. I didn’t go back for several years, but I tried again a few months ago and the service was okay. I went again today, and my pedicure was so poor, I cancelled the manicure. She cut the nails too short and made a deeply rounded shape with the toe nails. Also the polish isn’t smooth so it just looks bad. I won’t be back.

I love allure nail bar! I’ve been coming here for years and love the service. I also really appreciate that they listen to what you want and make thoughtful recommendations. For example, I originally was going for a normal manicure because I am not a fan of gel, but Julie recommended I tried dazzle dry system, and I’m so glad I listened to her. She was really intentional and took care of my nails and they looked amazing!

I always go here and Kimmie never fails to impress me. She does such an amazing job on any nail design. She’s also very conversational and never fails to make me laugh. 10/10 would recommend! :)
