This was my first appointment at amazing lash studio. The studio was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly. I made my appointment online. They advertise online that the first appointment is $99.00. However, when I checked out they added an additional $40.00 for an experienced technician to apply your lashes. Shouldn’t all the technicians be experienced? My technician did a great job. However, I did not appreciate the added hidden costs. I will not be returning.

The worst eyelash lift ever!!!! It's the slightest bit of my lashes even notice they're lifted. I'm so disappointed because the place has a 4.4, like really?? I do it better every day with my lash curler! And the price for that crap is $109.

The service and staff are fine generally, but do NOT get a subscription with this business. They make it so so hard to cancel and I’ve had to call and ask for a refund/cancellation twice and they just charged me again.

horrible. 40 dollars just to reschedule is a scam. these people have no respect for other peoples time yet over 5 minutes late and they cancel and still charge you. do better

Horrible service. They charge extra if you are 5 min late and there is no grace period. Do not go there.

I originally booked an appointment and no one ever mentioned needing my card on file in order to book, than they call me in the end of the afternoon a DAY before my appointment to ask for my card on file in order to keep my appointment. If they have mentioned this in the first place when I booked the appointment that would’ve been fine and I would not have booked in the first place, but a day before my appointment in the afternoon telling me this is unprofessional.
Truly do not recommend with how unprofessional this was. Canceled my appointment and will book somewhere else.

Short review : I had a terrible experience here. My lashes didn't last a week, and even after a readjustment, they kept falling out. The tech blamed my "lash retention," but when I went to another salon (Sasha Beauty Salon in Alexandria, VA), my lashes lasted 3 weeks without any problems. When I asked for the manager for a month straight, she never got back to me. Don’t waste your money here – go to Sasha Beauty instead! Attached is a picture of my lashes after only a couple of days.
Longer review:
I had a really disappointing experience at this lash place. When I first got my lashes done, the ends were missing, so I had to come back for a readjustment. Unfortunately, within 3 days, they started falling out again. Even the lash tech who did my readjustment mentioned that the prep might have been bad. I went on vacation hoping to enjoy my new lashes, but it was a disaster – they barely lasted a week, and by the end of it, they looked terrible with so many falling out.
I reached out to the salon for some compensation, but they blamed my lashes, saying I had "bad retention" and couldn't handle the extensions. This made no sense because I went to another salon (Sasha Beauty Salon in Alexandria, VA) afterward, and my lashes lasted for 3 weeks without any issues!
The customer service is horrible. I know they’re going to reply to this review asking me to give them a call, but I called them for 4 weeks straight, and they never got me in touch with the manager.
If you're thinking about getting your lashes done here, save your time and money. I definitely recommend going to Sasha Beauty Salon instead – they did an amazing job, and the results lasted way longer.

Ali is the absolute best. While everyone is nice and accommodating I would no longer be a client if not for Ali. I've been seeing her for my eye lash services for about 2.5 years now. In the off chance she isn't available, I've seen other stylists and unfortunately my eye lashes fall out almost immediately and are just never nearly as good as her work. I drive over an hour from MD just to have my lashes serviced by Ali. Truth be told, if she wasn't working there, I would no longer be a client. I've been to 7 or 8 different locations all over the country and in all of my years being a member no one has ever been as good as Ali. While I can't speak for other clients, I have had conversations with several of them who went to Ali just to have a service corrected. I don't generally leave reviews but in truth Ali is incredibly talented and I hope they recognize what a gem they have and compensate her for her unique talent and the business she brings in, as she is the only reason I am still a client.

I’ve been going to Amazing Lashes for past few years and had my share of good master technicians. But I must say Emilly is so far my favorite. She is punctual, caring, kind, but most of all, you can tell she loves what she is doing. With her technique, my lashes remain more than 70% after 2 weeks. When I go for refill, she trims clean and fills them up so it always look so fresh. Thanks Emilly.

Came in for a scheduled appt on Sunday. Tech was stuck outside with no key, no receptionist and no hurry by management to come and let us in. Was told they had an employee picnic and forgot to schedule front staff. They gave the tech the code to the door after SEVERAL calls and texts… she was very kind but the appt was delayed AND delayed again since the check out and pay process was also held up due to no one showing up. No apologies from the manager, no hurry to fix the error, no rush for anyone to show up…ridiculous. Opting to move to a different studio not affiliated with a more conscientious and professional staff with a manager who knows what she’s doing. Do not recommend.
