If I could give zero stars, I would. The car wash line is less clear than mud. The manager (I think) came out to yell at us who were incorrectly in line and he was so intimidating that I had a full-on panic attack that I'm only just starting to come down from. It's also expensive here.

They can kiss my bumper. Granted they don't have a garage, which is where gas stations tend to make the most money. I understand it's a business, but thanks to capitalism, have only had to go here when the tank is on empty. I'll get a gallon or two, then go to another station. The prices here are always more. That's on them, and great they have a car wash. I prefer a real one, where people clean the interior a bit.The employees here are nice people. Their convenience store is also overpriced. I hope they will lower their exorbitant prices, or customers stop rolling in here other than for a quick filling of a gallon or two. It is a clean and well illuminated spot, but best to drive a few miles to save 30 cents or more per gallon.

Worst car wash on earth. They have no business charging what they do for what they call a car wash. $1 would be too much. You literally leave and your car is covered in soap

Paid 16$ for a half-cleaned car and some scratches on the front windshield. Very disappointed but not surprised. The car wash machine looked like it was in disrepair, with some water spouts not shooting out at full power. Small downside, you also have to pay inside first before the wash.

Unfortunately I have to give a one star rating in order to post this.....so I regretfully give them one star. I drove into this lovely gas station that I have been going to for the past 16 years to put $5 cash into my vehicle (a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder). I had 22 miles until empty left on my car. I work in Gainesville where gas is much cheaper...so I usually fill up there which is why I only put $5 in my car. After paying and going to put the gas in my car I noticed that I heard no gas going into my car but the money amount was changing from 0 to $5.00. I didn't think anything of it at the time. I got back into my car and turned my car on and it still read 22 miles until empty. I went back into the store to ask the clerk if the gas was working because my fuel gauge did not change at all after purchasing my gas? He said he didn't know if it was working...he said they put $5 on it and that's all he knows. I left the store thinking maybe something was wrong with my fuel gauge...maybe it was broken. So I decided to drive up the street and put $5 on my debit card. My car went from 22 miles until empty to 59 miles until empty. So I knew it wasn't my car and I knew that I did not receive any gas from the Shell gas station. So I drove back with my receipt to request they return my money. I was completely disrespected and told that they have no idea what I'm talking about and that he couldn't return my money. I asked for the owners name and phone number. He said my boss is here I'll ask him. His boss said the same to me, that nothing is wrong...that my fuel gauge wouldn't move much because I didn't put much gas in it. I explained to them both that my fuel gauge gives me exact numbers of miles until empty. So, if I put $5 in my car....my fuel gauge most definitely would increase in number of miles....not tremendously with $5, but it would increase. I asked again for the owners name and phone number and the manager called her. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years...I've never experienced a more unprofessional rude interaction with a business owner. I was told basically that I was a liar because they refused to refund my money. I told them I will never give them another penny. I'm so disappointed that an owner of a gas station would lose a customer of 16 years over $5. I've never in my life posted a yelp review, but this has really infuriated me. I'm a single mom and I work very hard for my money and I'm a very honest person. I felt my story should be shared with others. I've never had a bad experience there before and have become friendly even with other tellers there who I saw regulary. However, I cannot support a business who treats their loyal customers like criminals.
