Buyer beware! Was told I would receive trade in value (350.00) for phone if screen repaired and turned in to store within 14 days. Returned on the 13th day with repaired phone for trade in and was told they were mistaken and that they would not honor their promise for trade in. I then returned the new phone and was charged a $55.00 restocking fee. Personnel not well trained (Z. Thomas). Manager (A. Peay) exhibited little to no customer service skills. Rude, took no accountability and never apologized for inconvenience. Combative. When told he was rude, he became defensive and mentioned I was trying to "pull him into something he had nothing to do with". No empathy, no acknowledgement. No accountability. I will never go back.

Jes the store manager was exceptional. We got a phone elsewhere and Jes had to correct their omissions.She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We would not have been able to function without her assistance. We should have come to this store and Jes from the beginning.

Every time I go to the store, door always locks the employee inside and put temporary sing out for lonche, the attention always trying to get you and something I don’t even need to have extra money

I stopped by store at 640 pm on October 18 and door was locked. I looked at hours and they close at 7. Started to walk away and then look back and see person emerging from back room so walk back thinking they will let me in. When they see me they hightail it back out of sight. I then walk away again and sure enough the person emerges from hiding. I knock on door and they see me and quickly head to room in back of store.Been a customer with 3 lines wireless with AT&T since 2006, disappointing to be ignored. I would have understood if he told me it was late and make an appointment another time.

Alexis provided us exceptional customer service - his level of knowledge of AT&T plans and deals as well as of the phones themselves was phenomenal!UPDATE:Back again 7 months later, and Mike T provided me amazing assistance with a difficult issue I was having with my iPhone 13 today, he was awesome!

Best ATT store in America. Hands down will get all my business from here on out.I had a problem with my phone traveling internationally. I went to an ATT store in Maryland and after 3 hours made my problem worse. I spent another 2 hours on ATT chat trying to resolve my problem. These guys solved it in 5 minutes.

I activated my phone on 12/20/2021 and it is now 1/9/2022 and I still cannot get inbound calls. I’ve called over 50 times and I went to a corporate store. One of your offshore technicians did something to my account. They logged a ticket on 1/4/2022 and it is still not resolved. No one will help me !!!!!??????
