This AT&T location is worthy of its purpose. I changed carriers because my previous carrier, after 20 years of loyalty, refused to figure out the phone's issue with its network. After reviewing their protocol, they requested that I pay for a service to determine why the carrier works in some aspects but not others. I was unhappy, and when I was approached with a deal from AT&T, I was pleased— new phones, and still cheaper than my previous carrier. When transferring the phones, we ran into some issues. We went to the Burke location. We already had the new phone and everything needed, and we did not need to buy anything from the store. Yet, this was not an issue, and the staff was still helpful. Kevin and Joe were patient and went out of their way to help us out and explain the process of how to transfer information without losing it. They answered all our questions and assured us when we were worried. They were not following steps from a protocol as robots but had their humanity intact. If I could give more stars, I would!

Today we went in to upgrade our phones. Anthony Peay was our service manager and did a super job. He explained in detail the advantages and disadvantages of phones, cases, contract, etc. Once we decided to purchase, he set up our phones, place the screen saver on, and ensure all data was transferred accurately. He is very personable, thorough, and customer oriented. This is the best ATT store in our opinion as we initially went to a different store and was not impressed.

My son and I visited the Burke AT&T store (June 2024) for an assist with transferring phone service, data, activation, etc., under a trade-in program. The "team" was welcoming, supportive, addressed our questions and provided great service during our visit.
Sincere thanks to Spencer, Joe and Anthony for taking care of the business and making our time there pleasant and enjoyable! The devices are working just great! ;)

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I would not recommend this store especially to any woman. I was completely shut down by a male employee while trying to explain a situation with my screen protector warranty. For two years every time I have gone to a store they have replaced it for free (three different stores in three different states). Suddenly it costs $11 here. Completely rude and dismissive, for example, “You aren't hearing me. Its $11. Whoever did that before is wrong. You are wrong”. Kindness goes a long way. I totally would have paid the fee if they were not rude and condescending. I am not an ignorant person and being treated like one is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere and gladly pay $11. There is no need to be rude.
