Burke Auto Service Experts has provided us car care for vehicle safety and emission inspections, tire pressure and sensor issues, and bulb changes. They are professional, fairly priced, communicate car services thoroughly and honestly, and are timely in their responses when calling for appointments and letting you known when your car is ready for pick up. Dolores at the front desk is extremely kind and knows how to multitask with grace and provide excellent customer service.

Pete is great! My friends car wouldn’t start in the parking lot in front of Chipotle and he came by to try to help. It was an issue with the starter so he couldn’t fix it that moment but he was chill and tried regardless!! Out of sheer luck the car started after he left so we drove by to let him know and celebrated lmao

I've been going to Burke Auto for 25 years. They are wonderful. I've found them to be very good at diagnosing and repairing the issues I've had with my cars, some of which were older, high milgeage autos. I've found them to be be very honest. When something does not need repair yet, they let me know. They always give me options to repair or replace parts. Once I had my Toyota dealer give me a list of $5,000 worth of repairs, and then took it to Burke Auto who told me most of the problems were not issues that needed to be fixed. If Burke fixes a problem and it doesn't go away, they have been very kind about redoing the work or charging me less to repair something else. They are intelligent mechanics I really trust. I highly recommend them.

Nikki is great! I have an old truck, and she was more than helpful fixing issues I didn't even know about (including making new brake lines herself saving me $250+). She was very passionate about her work, and very communicative about timeframes. She saved me a ton of money, which as a college student is wonderful and will totally have me coming back here for any future issues.

The shop was pretty busy when we came in. In passing Nikki on her break we chatted about our dogs and she squeezed us for service last minute.

You all did an excellent job.. Burke Auto Service Experts.. changed two flat tires did an alignment and completed a VA State Safety inspection all in one day. They worked with me on the price and I was very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

I’ve used them twice now. I love this place. Honest. Transparent. And FAST. They are super friendly (Delores at the front desk especially). Plus, if your repair will take a few hours, literally next door to Starbucks and Chipotle, and a nice Thai restaurant. Very happy I found this place

Before bringing your car here, come in on a Saturday. Wear a bodycam/recorder. Blonde jokes and insults are to be expected. If you like how you're treated, then this is the shop for you. If not, bring the evidence to the owner. Decide how you feel afterwards.
