CVS has gotten really bad, in general, but this CVS is the worst of the bunch. I understand that it's hard to find good employees, especially since this must be a horrible company to work for, but I can't put up with it anymore.
We've starting bringing all our new prescriptions to Wegmans and the service is so much better and they have better, longer hours! This CVS pharmacy location closes at 7pm on weeknights! That's so early! Wegmans is open until 9pm and the people there can actually understand me and answer my questions. The employees at the CVS pharmacy have English language challenges that they attempt to overcome by talking louder, which isn't helpful.
CVS used to be the gold standard pharmacy but they've really gone downhill.

I really like this CVS store. It’s usually very busy, but the pharmacy service is quick and efficient, so I never have to wait long. There’s a Vietnamese manager-pharmacist here who is very professional and always goes out of their way to assist customers, especially elderly ones. Thank you for making me feel better every time I come here. 😊

Store clerk/manager(?) Named Kabir, as I recall, assisted me. His service was phenomenal. Saved so much money due to his recommendation. Got exactly what I needed for a great price. Honestly, you never get both, it's always one or the other. But with Kabir, everything is possible haha

The CVS reps at the Burke Centre Sopping Center are always super nice and super helpful. I like this store to do my medications purchase and other miscellaneous items.

I wish they were better about answering the phones. It’s super frustrating when I call 4 times over the span of 2 weeks and I’m on hold for over 15 minutes and no one answers.

this review is solely for that imbecile at the counter who told me that a woman who was in the incorrect line was ahead of me even though I was standing there for a while before that woman ever appeared and told me to let her go first right before I paid then she proceeds to try to pay with a gift card for at least 3 minutes while I could have paid and left in about 10 seconds. Maybe if you were doing your job and actually at the counter you would have noticed I’d already been waiting there for several minutes

I feel really bad for the people working at this pharmacy. There are clearly foundational issues with their systems. 9/10 times there is an issue with the prescription I'm trying to pick up. Even when it's just a refill for a prescription I've picked up before. I receive texts when my prescription is ready, and when I show up, they can't find it, and I'm left waiting for 30 minutes to an hour for it to be filled. There are always other customers dealing with prescriptions that are not ready or can not be found. I've always used CVS for my medications, and I have never experienced this before. This location needs help. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions going forward.

They’re running 30-45 late on injection appointments. The area to get your injection is wide open and not private, just a divider. The pharmacist administering the injection sounded sick and was coughing a lot. Store was visibly dirty. All cvs are going downhill.
